If you’ve never cooked with Khmeli Suneli, this blend from Suneli Valley is a perfect introduction to the "warm and nutty" heart of Georgian cuisine. I used this to season a slow-cooked lamb stew (Chakapuli style) and was impressed by how the flavors held up.
