Good sauce. Glad I ordered the mild. Use sparingly because still pretty warm. Was great on chicken legs and thighs

This stuff is AWESOME first time I've used it and I went by their recommendations I use the mild and it's spicy but you can control that by the amount you use I'm sure the hot has some heat to it but this stuff tastes great I will purchase again

My favorite go to for Jerk Chicken! Love that it now comes in a plastic jar instead of glass. Lighter weight and no worrying about any glass shattering! Great flavor and just the right spice!

The product is very tasty and has a strong taste for just a little bit of the product. It is paste-like, so it's not the easiest product to spread evenly across food, which is even less advantageous given it's strength. Despite these issues, I still think it's worthy of 5 stars due to it's taste.

Delicious spicy marinade that makes great chicken with amazing flavor. Warning: Even the “mild” version has a decent amount of spice, depending on your taste preferences. Some people may even find it too hot for their liking. For comparison, I consider Chick-fil-A’s Spicy Chicken to be not spicy at all, while Popeyes’ Spicy Chicken has slightly more spice. I would consider Walkerswood Mild Jamaican Jerk Seasoning to be spicier than both. I have also tried the hot version of this product, and it definitely delivers a lot of heat. The mild version is my personal sweet spot when it comes to spice level. I recommend trying the mild version first to see if it suits your taste. If you want more heat, you can always move up to the hot version. I’ve found an easy and tasty way to use the mild seasoning to create a non-traditional jerk chicken: • Buy chicken thighs with the skin and bone attached. • Place the chicken in a dish for marinating. • Brush the seasoning onto both sides of the chicken. • Spray cooking oil on each side. • Marinate overnight. • Follow your air fryer’s cooking instructions. My air fryer method: • Preheat the air fryer to 380°F. • Place the chicken inside and cook for 26 minutes. Then enjoy!

This is a hidden gem. Really good flavouring and when paired with other seasonings it really brings the flavour out. Easy to use just spoon a bit out, chuck on some chicken and it’s guaranteed to be tasty

Always a good product I used to get the hotter version but now I’m 81 I can’t take that any more so trying the medium flavour

Quite heavy on lemongrass but delicious! I like my spice but I found this to be hot enough without going for the hot one. This one can be applied quite liberally to get good depth of flavour because the heat isn't so severe. Best commercial jerk seasoning I've had.
