Watery, maybe fake
I was disappointed with this shampoo and conditioner. This was my first time buying it but my hair salon uses it on me often with great results. The shampoo is very watery so I suspect it could be fake. I’ve gone through almost the whole bottle in 2 weeks and I only washed my hair 6x. You have to wash twice to get any lather at all which is typical for many brands. My hair just came out dull, brassy, flat and greasy. Bummer

changed formula? *UPDATED Review*
Either I got a defective one or Iles has changed their formula. The one I received smells different from the usual, it smells chemically almost like a bleach-ish smell. Not...pleasant and a little alarming given that that is not the usual scent. I saw the review below from someone who said hers smelled different too and her hair started falling out. Maybe I'll use it as a body wash. UPDATE: I contacted the company and they responded promptly and explained the batch I got is fine, the natural ingredients can vary a bit and the natural scent can be stronger when freshly made and I got a very recent batch. None of this affects performance. I am very relieved and impressed with their quick and through response. I also appreciate that the shampoo has the least amount of fragrance needed. Too many products are over fragranced and can irritate the skin and scalp. I have been using the product and it performs fine and I am very happy with it.
