I am now at the end of my 3rd bottle of this Magnesium, and have just ordered my 4th. I have held off writing a review as I wanted to make sure I could talk about it from the right perspective. Mainly because, as others have said, it is not the most economically priced product, in its field, so I wanted to make sure it is worth that extra cost. First of all, a little about me and why I started to take it. I am 70 years old and I have suffered with Cramps in my body for a number of years. I started to research the causes of Cramp, after it started to become really painful and far more frequent, than ever before. I started off, increasing my fluid intake as Cramp can come from not drinking enough Water etc.. It did not help, it did cause me to be running to the loo a lot more frequently. So I decided to chat to my GP, and was not really advised regarding any medication available, I asked about 'Magnesium' and was advised that yes, it can help. So then I started researching the right type of Magnesium for me, and found this one, which had a lot of really good reviews. I also looked into the Company, and found that there was nothing there to discourage me, and plenty of information to help me decide. Yes: It is more expensive than any other that I looked at, but I decided to give it a try and sent for a 2 Months supply. One of the reviews I read here on Amazon, was a person saying they recommend it, as it is making a great difference for their needs, but due to the cost, they take just one Tablet per day, not the recommended 4 per day, which made sense to me at that time, so I followed that persons dosage and started taking one Capsule each Morning. By the end of the bottle, I had noticed absolutely no change, in the frequency, or the severity of the Cramps I was suffering. I reasoned, I needed to keep taking it but up the dosage, I ordered another 2 Month supply, and started taking two Capsules each Morning. After about three weeks, I started to notice that the Cramping was not quite as frequent during the day, but, at night, it was just as bad as it had always been, just not as often. I again tried upping my water intake, which did help a little, I also made sure to do stretching exercises about 20 minutes before getting into bed, wore loose nightclothes and had a nice glass of water before settling down. It all helped, but did not stop it. So, I did some more research, because I am truly not a quitter, and I had noticed some encouraging improvements. The first thing I found out, is that the Body uses up Magnesium a heck of a lot faster than I could ever have guessed, so two Capsules in the Morning, will not last and be effective for 24 hours in the Body, also, taking the full 4 Capsules daily all at the same time once a day, will not last for 24 hours. Light bulb moment...... Half way through the last Bottle of Capsules, I started taking 2 in the Morning and then 2 about 10-15 Minutes before Bed, with a nice glass of water. once my body had adjusted to the New routine, The Cramps started to reduce immensely. Now I am at the end of that third Bottle and the Forth is on its way, I am a total convert to this product. I still get Cramp, I probably always will, but it is now becoming a manageable thing, whereas to begin with, it was getting to the point where I could not do anything without there being Cramp in some part of my Body. Now. I will also say, that this product, always arrives promptly, it is always well packaged and I highly recommend it to anyone who either knows they have a Magnesium deficiency, or feels they may have; however, I would encourage anyone, who has not taken Medical advice, to please do so, please make sure with your Doctor, that it is going to benefit you and is not going to interfere with any other prescribed medication you are already taking. For me, it is doing exactly what it needs to do and I am 100 percent happy with the product, the way it is made, the way it is delivered and the way it is packaged, you need to be as sure as I am, before you start buying, and taking, an expensive supplement, like this one, or any other similar product. Brilliant supplement Absolutely perfect sleep after taking one tablet each night

I have been using this for months. Great product.

I having been using LLS magnesium bisglycinate for a few months now. I purchased the LLS over other available brands as I was searching for a clean form of magnesium bisglycinate with as few additional bulking agents as possible. I wanted to try a magnesium supplement primarily to help with the extremely sore swollen breasts I was getting before my period each month. Over the last year my breasts had been getting sore earlier and earlier in the cycle each month to the point where I had only had a few days pain free before the swelling and tenderness started again. Additionally, I was getting tense and stressed out for two weeks before my period instead of the few days one might expect. After taking this supplement for several months I can definitely say that, beginning with the very first month, the duration of my breast swelling and tenderness has decreased to only one week or less before each period, which is much more manageable. The degree of discomfort I experience during this time has also dramatically decreased. My breasts are now only a little swollen instead of massively swollen and they are acceptably tender instead of distressingly painful! I am so greatful for this! Another side affect is that my chronic anxiety is somewhat alleviated and although I do still experience anxiety on a daily basis, since taking LLS magnesium bisglycinate I experience far fewer physical symptoms such as heart palpitations and trembling hands and knees! I definitely intend to continue taking this for the near future at least. All these positive effects have been brought about by taking only half the recommended dose so I imagine it would help even more if I was taking the full amount! As cost is an issue for me at present I have not taken the full dose in order to make them last longer so I cam affored to take them all the time. If they cost less I would have given them 5 stars, although I appreciate that good quality things inevitably are likely to be more expensive.

As far as I can see it works well, but had a break for 6 days so starting again.

I take this for acid reflux and heartburn. I regularly used to get heartburn after meals and at points would have to take Omeprazole. I stumbled across this by accident, and realised by taking 3-4 throughout the day this completely cured my heartburn issues after food. I don't have any issues sleeping do haven't noticed my quality of sleep changing. Good value for money with the amount you get in each pot

Totally amazed by the results! A friend mentioned to me that she was taking this to help her sleep, having not had a decent night sleep in about 5 years, my curiosity was peaked! Im normally skeptical about natural products as I think they can take so long to work. Not these, I took 4 the first evening instead of 2 in the morning and 2 in the evening. Slept like a log and have done ever since. I can't actually believe it! Has also helped with my leg cramps. Now I'm telling everyone about this!
