Spigen [Capsule Ultra Rugged Galaxy S6 Case Ultimate protection from drops and impacts for Galaxy S6 (2015) - Black

Ordered this case ages ago now, just going back through things i've brought and catching up on reviews. (I always make sure to do this as I rely heavily on reviews before making any purchases.) Anyway, this case was fantastic. Simple as that. I was hesitant on buying it at first as I'd never spent that much on a case before. However, I went for it as I'd just brought a phone outright for the first time and I wanted a premium case to make sure it was well protected, as well as still looking half decent. I loved the look of this case from the moment I saw the pictures. I'm a Liverpool fan so red is my favourite colour, and I loved the contrast with the black rubber of the inner part of the case. I'm pleased to say, the case looked even better when it arrived! I put it on my phone as soon as it was delivered because I just couldn't wait to see how it looked and felt with the new case on. The fit was perfect! Almost too perfect as it can be quite stiff when getting the metal outer frame over the rubber protective inner case. But when you get it all on, it's worth is as everything feels solid and tight in your hand, just as you'd expect from a premium product. Excellent and accurate build quality! So it looked good and felt good, but how did it perform when it really came down to it? Very well! I've never been one to be too clumsy with phones, but whether it was because of the amount of time I spent intoxicated as it was my first year of uni, or just because I felt so safe with this case on my phone, I dropped it all the bloody time! After around 7 months of pretty constant torture, I eventually decided to retire the case as the metal frame had simply taken too many big knocks and had started to lose its shape. Make no mistake, this case would have continued to protect my phone had I wanted to keep it on, but I decided it was time to replace it. So I brought another one! Honestly, if you have a samsung galaxy s6, and you are someone who likes to appreciates everything that comes with paying for, receiving and using a premium product, and you like the aesthetics of this case, then buy it! You'll thank me, you'll thank yourself, and your phone will thank you too! There are even plenty of colour ways to choose from!

This is by far the greatest phone case that I have had for any of my phones, before I had this case I had one of those 2 part cases what made the phone feel bulky but I never minded with that case because it felt secure but after that broke after 9 months it was time for a new one so I ended up purchasing a spigen case The way the case looks is black and slim, it also has some carbon fibre around the camera area and the bottom of the case, the case is designed extremely well for the hand as the material is smooth and gives a nice tactice feedback to hold but also provides you with plenty of grip and you feel comfortable with it in your hand and you have a satisfied feeling that your phone is going to be safe if you drop it. The part of the case what wraps around the top of your phone is also a couple of mm's thick so if you were to drop your phone face down it wont be a bare screen contacting the floor Also alot of people wonder how much of a tactile response the dedicated keys on the phone give out with a case on and this one feels like you havent got a case on when you press it, the buttons are still easy to distinguish from the actual case and is easily press and also works every time unlike other cases that feel like you are pressing the button but nothing actually happens I have 2 friends with galaxy S6 phones and they have both asked me for the link to this case after tying mine so I think im not the only one who will like this case as much as me I recommend anyone this case asl ong as they are not the type of person to throw it about.

I bought this case for my new S6 after spending time reading reviews for a 'tough' case. I bought this and I'm completely pleased with it. It fits the phone perfectly, but is fairly easy to get off if you need to. The camera on the rear does not stick out further than the case, so it's protected if you put the phone down on a flat surface. It also doesn't obstruct the camera lens when you're taking photos. The buttons on the sides are in line with the marked bits on the case, and I do not give me any problems with pressing them through the case. I also have had no issues with any of the cables not fitting in the phone while the case is on. I have dropped the phone a couple of times (although not heavily) and it's been perfectly protected. It's a smart case as well, looks great with my black phone. The only things I can see that could be negative points for someone are, it's a bit bulky, though not overly so like the real rugged cases, but if you're looking for a case to give your phone some protection, you'll always get a bulky case. Secondly, the case isn't so grippy on the back due to it being smooth, so I can see the possibility of it slipping. Hasn't happened to me yet though, so I guess it's not a huge issue. Would definitely recommend this case.

Great case and looks beautiful, the case adds little bulk but feels solid in hand. The buttons feel perfect to press with the right feedback, and the colour of the metal bumper is beautiful. The case is a quality product and very well made the tpu part of the case has a nice soft touch feel to it and feels very smooth to touch without attracting fingerprints. The camera is protected and has generous cutout so won't interfere with photos or the flash/sensors and the camera is lifted off a table surface with laid on its back. There is a generous lip that runs around the front of the phone protecting the screen well and the cutouts are generous for the headphones and charging port. My phone signal is unaffected and no issues with WiFi, GPS or mobile signal, my only gripe is that the phone can feel a little slippery in hand making it difficult to handle at times.

Update vom 8.11.2016 Vorab. Ich stecke mein Galaxy S6 meist in meine rechte Gesäßtasche, weshalb ich hohe Anforderungen an die Stabilität einer Schutzhülle stelle. So habe ich mir vor über einem Jahr die Spigen Capsule Ultra Rugged Schutzhülle für mein S6 gekauft, mit der ich hochzufrieden bin. Das S6 findet dort optimalen Halt, der Rand steht genau so weit über, dass ich seitdem nur noch ganz selten die beiden Sensortasten neben der Home-Taste unbeabsichtigt betätigt habe. Die Aussparungen (Ladebuchse, Kopfhörer, Lautsprecher, ...) sitzen passgenau. Die Lautstärke- und die Ein/Aus-Tasten lassen sich sehr gut bedienen. Die Gesprächsqualität, Empfangsqualität und der Klang werden nicht beeinträchtigt. Außerdem überlebte das S6 in der ganzen Zeit auch ein paar Stürze ohne Schaden zu nehmen. Aus diesem Grund war ich sehr gespannt, als ich die Gelegenheit bekam die beiden Schutzhüllen von Peli zu testen. Im Vergleich umhüllt die Peli Guardian Schutzhülle das S6 noch einmal viel effektiver. Im Vergleich umhüllt er das S6 fast wie ein Panzer. Hier beschreibt die Werbung diese Eigenschaften der Hülle perfekt. In ihr ist das S6 dann wahrscheinlich wirklich optimal geschütz. Das geht aber ganz leicht auf Kosten der Empfangsqualität des mobilen Netzwerkes, der Rand der Hülle steht zudem so weit über, dass ich Probleme mit dem Fingerabdruck-Scanner hatte, und auch die Lautstärke- und die Ein/Austaste waren so schwergängig, dass ich lange brauchte, um mich hier umzugewöhnen. Nach etwas über einer Woche wechselte ich dann zur Peli Voyager Schutzhülle nachdem mit der Guardian Hülle ein Problem auftrat, dass mit der Spigen Schutzhülle nie auftrat. Wenn ich das S6 aus der Gesäßtasche nahm, fand ich eine leichte Schicht Kondenswasser? auf dem Display. Aus der Hülle nehmen, und gründlich abtrocknen, brachte hier keine Besserung. Nachdem das gleich Problem auch mit der Voyager Hülle auftrat, dort dann zudem die Aussparungen nicht alle optimal saßen, und die 3 Tasten ebenfalls recht schwergängig, und gewöhnungsbedürftig sind, wechselte ich wieder zurück zu meiner Spigen Hülle. Für mich ist diese Spigen Schutzhülle die optimale Hülle für mein Galaxy S6. Sollten sie noch Fragen zu einzelnen Punkten meiner Rezension haben, so beantworte ich diese gerne in den Kommentaren. Sollte mir noch etwas Negatives oder Positives auffallen, so werde ich dies hier vermerken.

It's made of an extremely high-quality material, which simply does not smudge, especially at the back. Dropped my phone at least twice, not a single speck of damage. Works as intended, kudos to Spigen for making a quality product. Signal-wise, no deterioration noted (Unlike the now-extinct metal version of this case) and simply put, a great phone. It covers up my beautiful phone, but when it does, it protects it from all sorts of daily dings and bumps. The camera cutout at the back is really nifty with how it does not allow the camera bump at the back to touch any surface it is placed on. One of the main reasons why I bought it. The cutouts are precise and comfortable, the button cutouts are nicely covered and still 99% as tactile as the buttons themselves, and it is an excellent case overall, with the edges lining up perfectly with the screen's edges. Two take-aways: 1) When it is new, some of the precision-cut openings are slightly sharp. Nothing a normal nail-file cannot fix with some careful filing. 2) The cutout for the camera at the back could've been more precise, but that'd cover up the phone up even more. :( Induces confidence, must-buy. Es precio es muy bueno tomando en cuenta la calidad y el diseño, se nota que es una funda resistente, se siente muy bien a las manos y se adapta perfectamente al celular incluyendo los puertos de carga y auriculares al igual que los botones

Non appena ho preso il mio S6, ho subito ordinato una cover, per tenere protetto questo così bello ma fragile dispositivo...ho optato per una cover trasparente e semplice(Air Skin Liquid Crystal), sempre dell'ottima Spigen, per non rovinare la bellezza estetica del mio nuovo telefono....ma fu davvero una scelta sbagliata! Questa cover è nettamente migliore di quella precedente, sia come aspetto che come protezione! Innanzitutto complimenti al servizio di vendita e spedizione Amazon e al corriere per avermi fatto recapitare la cover con due giorni di anticipo; parlando della cover...senso di solidità assoluto, è non è cosa da poco per una cover comunque flessibile e non rigida; poi..la sensazione al tatto: una cosa stupenda! Difficile da spiegare scrivendolo..solo toccando si sente, ma spero vi possiate fidare di me: materiale liscio, e non plasticoso/gommoso, anti-ditate, davvero il top. E anche da vedere risulta bellissima! I vari buchi fatti sono posizionati precisamente e quindi non avrete difficoltà ad inserire il jack per le cuffie o il cavo di ricarica..e anche gli altri buchi per altoparlante/microfoni sono perfetti! I tasti per volume/accensione si premono benissimo e sono appunto posizionati precisi precisi, quindi nessun problema di tasti mal-posizionati e pressioni a vuoto. La cover aumenta ovviamente lo spessore del telefono(se il telefono "nudo" è spesso 6,8mm, con questa cover arrivate a 10mm), ma è il "prezzo da pagare" se si vuole avere una protezione adeguata: la cover sporge dallo schermo di 1,5mm o poco meno, quindi avrete protezione sufficiente per potere appoggiare il telefono capovolto senza che lo schermo sia a contatto con la superficie (anche nel mio caso, usando una pellicola in vetro temperato, molto più spessa delle pellicole standard, ho ancora cover sporgente a sufficienza), e anche la fotocamera è protetta perfettamente, e sinceramente mi trovo meglio a tenerlo in mano essendo leggermente più grande. Parlando di peso, se senza cover il nostro S6 pesa 138 grammi, con questa cover arriviamo sui 178 grammi(più o meno..contate che ho anche la pellicola in vetro che qualcosina pesa anche lei), ma nessun problema a tenerlo in mano, e poi è questione di abitudine..qualche giorno di utilizzo e non vi ricorderete più di avere la cover. Parlando di solidità e resistenza agli urti sono davvero convinto che questa cover protegga davvero bene il telefono dalle cadute accidentali..ma spero comunque di poterlo giudicare "sul campo" il più tardi possibile e il meno possibile! (nel caso mi cada il telefono, cercherò di ricordarmi di aggiornare la recensione, descrivendo le conseguenze della caduta su cover e telefono). Concludendo, ottima cover, la migliore che abbia mai avuto! Protezione, gradevole sensazione al tatto e bellissimo design! Spigen è sinonimo di affidabilità ed altissima qualità quindi scegliendo i suoi prodotti andrete sempre sul sicuro. E poi..il prezzo, al momento 11 euro, sono davvero pochissimi per una cover che vi assicura protezione e anche bellezza estetica! Ultra consigliata
