Beautiful, the taste, texture and consistency of the syrup is just perfect, I’ve been using mostly for overnight oats and sometimes a splash over ice cream, it is versatile enough to add to most sweet foods. Has a lovely syrup consistency to it as well as a rich golden colour. It’s an amazing amount of Maple syrup and has lasted well in the fridge. I’ll be sticking to this brand from now on. Good value for money.

Great alternative to sugar
I use this in place of sugar in a lot of recipes. Maple has a great flavor, and I don't know if it is any better for me than White Sugar, but I like to think so. I also just like the flavor. It is like Brown sugar but not quite as bitter.I use this in Chili, Sloppy Joes, BBQ Sauce, anything that would normally have some sugar that is paired with meat.I also use it as a base when making ant traps... but most people don't make ant traps so it is unlikely you will use it for that.In any event this is a great maple syrup at a great price, and you shouldn't think of it as just for pancakes. It is great in cookies, oatmeal, sauces, and anything you would use sugar, especially brown sugar for.
