Dear amazon how do I return my oneodi headphones for a replacement or refund sound is distorted

I had a problem with mi oneodio DJ headphones, I tried claiming against the cover I bought through Amazon (protect my bubble) but they were useless and asked me to contact oneodio directly which I did and they sent me a replacement (4 months after my initial claim) Make sure you register your headphones with oneodio for a 24 month warranty.
