Get out of a jam, cut a gasket.
Useful if you have to make a gasket, good to keep a few different thicknesses and material types in stock

Why did you choose this product over others?: Looks to be good quality, it may be years before I use any of it so writing this review untested. A lot of the thinner sheets I will probably never have any use for so only four stars for that fact. Otherwise very happy with purchase.
