The Breath Co. Mild Mint Mouthwash, 12 Hours Fresh Breath, 500ml

I've been using **The Breath Co. Alcohol-Free Mouthwash (Mild Mint Flavour, 500ml)** for a few weeks now, and overall, I'm quite pleased with the product. It's definitely one of the better mouthwashes I've tried, especially because it's **alcohol-free** and much **gentler on the mouth** compared to traditional mouthwashes. The mild mint flavour is refreshing without being overpowering, which is great if you're not a fan of strong, burning sensations. It leaves my mouth feeling clean and fresh without the harsh aftertaste that many other brands have. I’ve noticed that my breath stays fresh for several hours – not quite the full **12 hours** as advertised, but definitely much longer than with regular mouthwash. One of the biggest positives is how **gentle the formula is**. I have sensitive gums, and this mouthwash doesn’t cause any irritation or dryness, which can be a problem with alcohol-based rinses. It’s also reassuring to know that it's **dentist-formulated** and free from artificial colours and flavours. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is the **price**. It’s a little more expensive than other mouthwashes on the market, and while the quality is definitely better, it might not fit everyone's budget for everyday use. The bottle size is generous, though, and a little goes a long way, so it does last quite a while. I’ve suffered with tonsils stones for as long as I can remember, I’ve tried everything and this mouthwash is the only thing that has worked!!!!! I’m so happy with it, I’m on my second bottle and I’ve not noticed any stones since I started using it. I get the green bottle

Improves breath but for me water tastes weird after using this.

I decided to give this mouthwash a go as both my son and daughter have abit of a problem with bad breath, particularly in a morning, even after cleaning. As they are teenagers it is the last thing you want, as kids can be so cruel! We have tried quite a few different mouth washes, before and after teeth cleaning, but none really helped until I came across 'The Breath Co Fresh Breath Oral Rinse'. This particular mouth rinse is supposed to actually treat bad breath by neutralising sulphur producing bacteria, rather than just simply masking it. It comes in a 500ml plastic bottle, with 2 different flavours that I know of, Mild mint and Icy mint, neither of these give that burning sensation you can get from some mouth washes! Instead it has a very mild minty taste. On the bottle it says that it 'Fights Bad Breath, Works Instantly, Lasts for Over 12 Hours', which I would definitely agree with. To use this Oral Rinse, you are meant to rinse your mouth out for one minute, then spit it out, fill the measuring cup up again and then gargle for thirty seconds, but I personally find that just the 1 minute rinse was enough to totally clear both my sons and daughters breath issues. It leaves the mouth feeling clean as soon as you've used it, and it really does last, infact my 2 usually clean their teeth, and rinse at around 7.30am and 10pm, which is over 12 hours and don't seem to have any issues anymore with daily use. I would definitely recommend this mouth rinse as its really helped for us.

The blue bottle is better. This one tastes like water

I have never wrote a review for any product, on any platform, ever. This product deserves a review. It is literally insane, it leaves your mouth COMPLETELY ODOURLESS for hours and hours and even after you have ate food. It is not acidic like the other big brands which just mask your bad breath with strong mint for 20 minutes, so you don’t get that watery mouth and acidic build up in your mouth that leaves your breath smelling sour and instead just leaves it completely odourless. My recommendation is floss, scrape tongue, brush teeth thoroughly, rinse with water to remove all toothpaste residue and then as the instructions say literally 2 teaspoons which goes up to the top of the grooves at the bottom (it will feel like you have way too little in your mouth but just trust me get your moneys worth because it makes 0 difference how much you use) and then swish around whilst you do another task or chore (over 90 seconds) then gargle and spit out. I don’t care if you ate 4 raw cloves of garlic and smoked 20 cigarettes before with that routine your breath with smell good for 12 hours with this product. Recommended to all of my friends and one who bought both the green and the blue said that the blue was better so I will try that one next time.

Compre este flúor porque siento que sufro de mal aliento a pesar de lavarme los dientes tres veces al día, de usar limpiador lingual y no tomar café ni fumar ni nada. Este flúor yo siento que me funciona, ya no tengo mal sabor de boca y no tiene alcohol. Yo lo uso tres veces al día y por la mañana me lavo los dientes, luego uso el limpiador lingual y después de eso me enguago con él flúor un minuto y por último otra vez hago gárgaras durante 30 segundos más. A mi me funciona y me siento más seguro en mi día a día.

Veramente terribile per il prezzo. Mi aspettavo che funzionasse come descritto su tiktok invece sembra di avere dell’aceto in bocca e dopo poco svanisce l’effetto. Molto meglio listerine almeno dura un po’ di più l’effetto. Non consiglio affatto
