I will say I haven't yet been for a long walk (by a long walk I mean 5 miles or more) using just this, but I have been for shorter, or just used it on a normal day, and it's kept my legs comfortable and not rubbing.I think in hot weather you may have to reapply a few times a day - but a tube of this should last you a fortnight, using it every day, several times a day. So for me, it's reasonable value for money.If chafing stops you wearing certain clothes, I would certainly consider buying some of this.

This clear gel goes on really easily, you have to give it time to dry else it's going to make matters worse not better.Initially this product works well, however it quickly fades and in strong heat & sun doesn't provide much protection on inner thighs.My tip? Go buy some stay cool chubb rub shorts, Snag Tights is a good brand. It's cheaper than the gel and lasts longer!

This cream is the BEST cream on the market for chafing. Ir works like a dream and only a little bit goes a long way. Im so disappointed that it has been taken off the market.

This stuff is the only one that works for me to prevent and cure chafing. Sadly, like most good and useful things it looks like it might be off the market now

No more top of inner thigh chafing using this product. It’s my “go-to” every time I’m planning on a long walk. Best anti-chafe product I’ve used!!
