Good Energy Gel for Marathon
Been using this for my long training runs (up to 20 miles) in the lead up to my first marathon. It has agreed with tummy so far. Gave me energy until I finished my run. Like this flavour.

Goût peu prononcé, parfait pour les entraînement
J'aime bien que le goût soit peu prononcé. Ne colle pas dans la bouche, une simple gorgée d'eau permet de se rincer la bouche. Donne suffisament d'énergie pour les entraînement omme pour les courses en utilsant le dosage prescrit. Rien à redire mais il faut aimer les bananes :D

Great mid run tool for energy replacement
I’ve used GU a couple of times and if you are an endurance athlete, these completely make sense. I found that they taste OK, texture is a little weird. Might want to have water readily available to wash it done well. Most important to me was the ingredients were pretty solid and helped with energy over a long run. I would definitely recommend getting a couple different flavor varieties because some are better than others. I have a huge box of the strawberry banana…and wish I had some others.
