I have used a lot of different food colouring over the years but this has the be the best i have tried the colour is super pigmented and you dont need to use a lot to get a strong colour the green in the image came from just 3 small drops. 100% Worth the money

Best food colouring I’ve used so far, only a tiny amount needed to colour. Has been great for sponges, made a lovely rainbow cake which had great vibrant colours.

If you are using these for colouring your buttercream, it’s the right choice for sure! I make Swiss Meringue Buttercream and these have worked so well. A little goes a long way so they will last well too. PS: if you want a brighter colour than what you see initially, try one of these 2 options: 1. Add a little colouring to a small amount of buttercream (a handful). Don’t add more if it’s pastel and not bright as you want it to be. Microwave the small batch of your buttercream that you coloured for 30 seconds. The pastel colour will change into a bright colour. Mix this mixture into the big batch of buttercream that you want to colour and you’re sorted! ☺️ 2. Add a little colouring to a small amount of buttercream (a handful). Same as above, don’t add more if you don’t have the right colour now. Take an immersion blender (handheld blender for soups) and use it for 1-2 minutes (no microwaving). It will give the same bright results as the method above. At the end mix it into your big batch of buttercream to colour it all. Highly recommend these! Happy baking and tasting 😂

Lovely vibrant colours. Work in chocolate, macarons, buttercream, etc.

I'm very happy with these, it's a lovely selection of vibrant colours. I didn't find they dried darker like some other brands either. The squeezy tubes are so easy to use compared to tubs of colouring. No mess or fuss and little goes a long way.

The colours are very vibrant and a little goes a long way. You can darken the colours by mixing it with others e.g., to achieve the green colour, I mixed some green with a tad bit of blue.

Really good, I make a lot of cakes and this is the best food colouring I’ve come across in a long time. Both for the icing and cake, the tiniest amount is required to give powerful colours and it doesn’t effect the taste of the cake/icing. Definitely won’t buy anything else now I’ve tried this.

I don't know if they was a design change. Because what I received was not the progel i was expecting. The container is different.

Ich habe mehrere Farben bestellt, weil ich für jedes Familienmitglied zum Geburtstag eine Torte in einer anderen Farbe backen möchte. So bekommt jeder „seine“ persönliche Farbe – das macht es noch besonderer. Die Lieferung war unglaublich schnell. Ich wollte unbedingt rechtzeitig fertig werden, und alles kam pünktlich an – ich konnte ganz entspannt backen. Die Farben sind schön kräftig und sehr ergiebig. Man braucht nur wenig, und je nach Menge kann man helle oder dunkle Nuancen mischen – genau wie auf der Verpackung beschrieben. Sie lassen sich gut unterrühren und verändern weder die Konsistenz noch den Geschmack der Creme. Ich bin wirklich zufrieden und werde sie für unsere nächsten Geburtstage wieder verwenden.

Con muy poquito Pigmenta mucho, colores muy bonitos ...

J'étais à la recherche de colorants alimentaires en gel pour mes pâtisseries. Ceux là sont parfaits ! Les couleurs sont bien vives, pas besoin de mettre beaucoup de matière pour bien colorer la préparation. En revanche, bémol sur le rouge qui ne me donne que du "corail", quelle que soit la quantité de gel que je mette... Dommage. Sinon je suis ravie

I used this Rainbow Dust ProGel set for American buttercream floral piping, and I was very pleased with the results. I used the colours for piped flower cupcakes, and only needed a small amount to get strong, vibrant shades. The gels blended smoothly into the buttercream without leaving streaks, and they did not thin out the icing or affect the piping texture. That matters a lot for floral work because the buttercream still needs to hold petal detail and shape. I also did not notice any taste from the colours, which is important when using food colouring in buttercream. The shades came out bright and rich, especially for the pink, orange and deeper floral tones. The colours also looked good once piped and gave the cupcakes a polished, professional finish. Overall, this is a very useful set for cake and cupcake decorating. A little goes a long way, the colours are strong, and they work well in American buttercream. I would buy this again for floral piping and detailed decorating work.

Expensive, but in making a strawberry cake, I achieved great color with a few drops.
