"Delicious Natural Fruit Flavor" - Lies. But then again, this is iron. The taste of iron remains on your tongue the full 20 minutes before you can wash it down with some food. My infant son needed iron and quick, and while he LOATHES seeing the little dropper coming at him with the brown liquid inside, I've found I can shoot it into his mouth quickly while he's throwing hands at me. It's iron in the ferrous sulfate form, which is easier to digest than other forms. Nonetheless, he is constipated now and pooping green iron ingots. It's working great for his anemia.
