Great item but not a good fit on my car even though I supplied reg number and got confirmation of correct fitment

I purchased this item because it was specifically said to suit my car, a Dacia Logan Estate. First, the package had been opened before and re-sealed by Amazon with Amazon sticky tape indicating that someone had purchased and returned this item previously. Second, the design is poor by trying to make it suit as many different cars as possible. Third, when the clamps were tightened as much as possible using the inadequate tool provided, ( a long Allen key used lengthwise) the bars could still be slid along the car roof bar and back again. Fourth, there was a large gap above and below the fixed car roof bars and the crossbar could be raised and lowered within the gap by hand. Fith, the locking end caps are so stiff to turn and almost impossible to remove. (But free enough when removed.) Having to turn clockwise to unlock took some sorting out. Sixth, eliminating the cross bars looseness on the car's fixed roof bar required tightening the screw in the plastic clamp with my own special Allen key that I thought the plastic was near to breaking. Next, trying to remove the bars was impossible because they were jammed in position and had to be dismantled into two pieces by completely removing the screw from the clamp assembly. Last, the key barrel came away from the end cap because a tiny retaining clip fell out (and was lost). Purchasing these roof bars was a complete disaster from start to finish. Amazon, you need to get some quality control system in place instead of passing the buck back to the supplier. I paid Amazon and in UK law that makes Amazon responsible for supplying shoddy goods without checks.

The roof bars fitted perfectly my Dacia Duster 2020. The locks are a bit stiff, but in the end everything went smooth. They look strong enough for my needs, so no complains. The package came complete, with no missing or used parts. The price is really good, so I'm quite happy with this purchase.

This is clearly a budget end rack You only get what you pay for. Yes it fits well but the keys , locking and clamping system are fairly basic. The rack has significant wind noise too. So fine for occasional use only

Spedizione Amazon impeccabile sia nella cura che nei tempi. Il prodotto è di discreta qualità considerando il prezzo. Non è difficile da montare ed abbastanza veloce. Unica pecca un po' difficoltoso l'inserimento dei tappi di sicurezza con chiavi.

Solide et plutôt bien pensé, s'adapte parfaitement à un Duster de 2013.

Buenas y cómodas de instalar

Einfach Montageart, war schnell und einfach zu montieren. Hält sehr gut auf den Gepäckträgern.

Erst wollte ich zurückschicken, aber weil ich geschickt bin mit meinen Werk Wunder habe ich umgebaut, so wie ich das für richtig finde jetzt ist es wenigstens 1000 % sicher sonst kann ich mich nicht beklagen. Ich werde noch eins bestellen auch wenn’s bloß gebraucht ist und wird wieder umbauen ist ne Stunde Arbeit aber ist ja Wochenende
