Yes…it works for either tip size.

how many times can you refill the pen with each bottle?

Each marker can be reused many times when a new cartridge is added. The markers will last a long time if you don’t press hard on the tips. I have had the same basic set for maybe 8 years and I still use them each day as a teacher. I reserve the non refillable markers for my students. Once the ink cartridge runs out you can change it out with a new cartridge. DO NOT pull out the cartridge while there is still ink in the cartridge. It will make a mess. One full box of refills will last me about a year or two using the same colors. Well worth the money upfront.
