My hubby and son absolutely love this MONIN Caramel Sauce in their iced coffees. It adds a lovely sweet caramel flavour and makes homemade iced coffees feel like a café-style treat.Pros: Delicious caramel flavour, smooth consistency, easy to mix into drinks and great for iced coffees and desserts. The 500ml bottle is also a good size and lasts well.Cons: It is quite sweet, so you don’t need much. The bottle can also get a little sticky around the opening if it isn’t wiped after use.Overall, a big hit in our house and something we’ll definitely keep buying. Perfect for making delicious iced coffees at home.

I recently brought a Ninja Luxe Café coffee machine so wanted to buy some flavoured syrups and sauces for when I make latte’s and frappes.I’m so glad I went for these Monin sauces, they’re top quality and are super tasty 😋 and the dark chocolate version is so chocolatey and really well balanced and so is the caramel.I made a mocha with a double shot of espresso and added a tablespoon of the chocolate sauce to the milk before I steamed it, 10/10 recommendI’ve also made a chocolate milkshake using just this sauce and cold milk, and that also turned out delicious! 10/10 recommendI’ve made a few iced caramel lattes using this caramel sauce and Monin caramel syrup. They all turned out great as you can see from the photos and guests also loved them.These sauces are very versatile and could really be used on anything sweet, it would be great on ice cream.As you can see in the photos the bottles are HUGE so will last ages, really good value for money.The consistency of these sauces is also worth mentioning, it’s thin enough to mix really well with cold, iced drinks but it’s thick enough to sit on top of whipped cream and frothed milk, perfect.Overall I’m very happy with my purchase and will buy more in the future, I’d also like to try some of the other flavours they do.Highly recommended!

Really good tasting sauce.

I first bought this so I could replicate Starbucks caramel macchiato at home. It doesn’t taste like the caramel sauce used in Starbucks, it seems a little thicker and the taste is not as sweet, it fact I’d even say it’s slightly bitter. Took me a few homemade caramel macchiato’s to get used to the taste I was used to but now I’m a fan and have ordered the same sauce since.It’s great for iced coffee too (I prefer it in an iced coffee!) and doesn’t go solid like some caramel sauces I’ve tried putting in iced coffees before.

I bought purely due to the other reviews as I love the Starbucks caramel, it isn’t like Starbucks though, it’s simply an ‘ok’ caramel sauce, nothing spectacular. I’ll use the bottle up but won’t be buying again as it’s not as nice as I expected. It’s all down to personal taste though I suppose!
