First Impressions: Portland Course Plotter from BH
I’ve just bought this Portland Course Plotter from Blundell Harling and it’s already made a great impression. It’s sturdy and well-made, with a rotating protractor that is much clearer and easier to use than in some of the smaller viariants I've used. The rulers in centimetres and inches, plus the mini crib-sheet with navigation symbols and distance conversions are a nice touch. User instruction guide is a valuable addition too.

It does exactly what it says on the.......
Just what I need to practice my course plotting training for a role I have recently commenced with a national charity. Functions exactly as it should and when combined with an admiralty chart, or similar and a compass, ensures that I can plot and measure distances on a chart. Value for money, decent quality and the best that there is

Good quality item
Very well made piece of navigational equipment. No scrimping on materials here. Instructions are clear and well explained. Arrived in a large well packed/padded box. Good well made item all round, on a par with Weems & Plath products. Have bought more Blundell Harling lnstruments since having seen how good they are.

Blundell Harling Portland Course Plotter
I already own one of these but mine is on another boat, whereabouts unknown, the skipper borrowed it and never returned it. (Rotter) So here I am buying another one. One of best gadgets ever invented. Thanks a lot.
