This is very quick to set up and get going. Stylish design and easy to use. One full tank of water can last about 10mins-ish. It has an easy to remove water tank at the back. You need to fill it till top with distilled water. I have a water filter at home so used it. Keep it on a flat surface (table) and you can move a little up and down to be in a comfortable position. Turn it on and with 40seconds the steam will come with a green light power indicator. See picture for reference. You can position yourself (face) about 25 cm away from the steam let it bathe your face. It feels very relaxing and apparently will make the moisturisers sink in better. It did make my face feel nice afterward but time will tell. 3-5 minutes seems to be the recommended time and the water in a full tank should last 10. It feels nice to use and I'm going to do it before bed in the hope that my night moisturisers sinks in better.

Absolute love my new facial steamer, so easy to use and excellent result. I have a old style steamer for over ten years where you have to put your whole face in and stayed in position for new minutes, it's uncomfortable on my neck after a few minutes, can not move the steamer around to avoiding water spill. But this one is fantastic, it's small, handy, the water tank is securely attached with approx 1.3M extension, I can watching TV while steaming my face. Make sure you are using purified water, not straight from tap and definitely no hard water. I have hard water in my area, so I buy the smartwater from local stores.

It’s a good product. It works well however it does leak a little which was mentioned in the leaflet. It also heats up a little at the bottom which was also mentioned. And the steam is never high enough to hit my face in a good angle. So I’ve always got a back ache when I steam my face . But it does the job for the price you pay.

Smells a lot of burining plastic and makes room smell when in use, used 3 times in 1 week, apart from that its good

This facial steamer is great to open pores before having a facial. This is a compact max home which provides an easy to use solution to face steaming. Previously I use to boil water in kettle and pour it on a pan and steam my face. I got this machine because it is much easier to use it and provide a continuous stream of steam to open pores gently and effectively. In addition to this it has nano ionic facial technology which looks pretty good and and seems an extra benefit. The quality of this machine looks very decent and it's very easy to use too. Love this it has solved a big problem for me.

The machine works fine but the water tank broke so easily, I think once heated by the steamer, this damaged the plastic parts. I then read reviews online and a lot of people mentioned their water tank broken also. Very disappointed.
