I love this Carols Daughter Body Jelly that has the highest quality of the following ingredients listed on the back of the jar as: Glycine (Soybean) Oil, Zea Mays (Corn) Oil, Beeswax, Prunus Amygdalus Dulcis (Sweet Almond) Oil, Simmondsia Chinensis (Jojoba) Seed Oil. This Carols Daughter Body Jelly has no scent with the most wonderful non-greasy moisturizing effects. I originally purchased this item when it was first introduced as a new product at hsn.com and loved it so much that I purchased it a second time at hsn.com as well. So this is my 3rd purchase of this product that I saw advertised at the same price at amazon.com. I mostly use it on my feet and elbows that seem to lack and need moisture. It is great for gently yet effectively removing makeup including mascara as well. The 8 oz jar lasts a long time.

I have very very dry skin. I am a registered nurse, so I wash my hands constantly or use alcohol based hand sanitizers which are very drying. Carol's Daughter Body Jelly is like crack for my skin. I use it every day. My skin is so soft and smooth. The ashiness just melts away with Body Jelly. I love it.

I ordered this, and just received it yesterday 04/25/23. the product is ok to me. It's really greasy. It also did not smell good. In fact to me it had no smell to it. Vaseline with cocoa butter smells better to me. I will use the product, because it is black owned, but I wish it was not so greasy, and that it had some sort of smell to it especially since the description states it has sweet almond in it which I could not smell at all. Overall it does work well for my sensitive skin, and it is very soft so I would more than likely purchase again.

I just received Body Jelly and tried it on my hands first. It made my dry hands feel soft. They feel buttery soft after just one use. It didnt leave an oily residue. My hands have a nice sheen on them. I plan to add my favorite essential oil to it and use it all over. The price is great and a little will go a long way. I would recommend that you try some. Buy it, I don't think you'll be disappointed.

good for moisture and making my skin look great. also good to use over time for maximum results. I hate to see a brand take something OFF THE MARKET , that actually WORKS for 4c haired woman's skin. stop picking apart the beauty, those HAIR PRODUCTS are great, but GREAT! not just good skin produces are just as important. DON'T TAKE AWAY ANY SKIN PRODUCTS THAT WORK WONDERS ON THE 4C HAIRED GIRLS SKIN. THANK YOU!

Everything about this product is good, except the smell. The label said it smells like sweet almond and vanilla, well that's not true at all. It smells like waxy cheap crayons. I got this originally for Carols Daughter's store in Brooklyn years ago and the smell was wonderful. The one I purchased on Amazon smells old. Maybe L'Oreal the company that she sold it too are trying to get rid of the old jars.

I was introduced to Body Jelly over 15 years ago. I LOVE this product and use it EVERY DAY!! It is greaseless, very smooth and keeps your legs,arms and feet looking GOOD all day!! I highly recommend this product to woman of color. Its an HONOR to post this review.

Hopefully you read this comment first before you purchase. Because I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered due to it’s a non-returnable item which I didn’t notice. I also didn’t notice the reviews submitted two months ago where people had said it smelled old and so mine smells rancid like the oil is old. So at this time I would not recommend this particular product from Carol’s daughter because there is unfortunately no way to guarantee the freshness of the product. If not for the old smell it seems like it would be a good hydrating product.
