I read mixed reviews about this product but decided it give it a go.Nice small packaging- posted through my letter box.Tablets are small and easy to swallow. No taste or after taste.I’ve had a tablet first thing in the morning and found there was no impact during the day.I’ve had the tablet after lunch and this is where I’ve had the impact I was looking for. No cravings for sugary products after lunch or dinner.Normally I always crave something sweet after lunch and dinner.I would buy again.

Seems to be working, I'm trying to lose weight and am a Type 1 diabetic, I really do seem to be craving carbs less and my sugar levels have been more stable.Good price as well, I'll be taking this long term.Just hope the high daily dose does not stress the kidneys! Make sure you drink plenty of water with it.

Mixed Response
I started taking these to balance blood sugar levels and stop sweet cravings. I think it has helped massively with my sleep as not waking up at 3 am every night. However, I developed headaches which I never normally get. I put it down to the chromium as it’s new supplement for me and after stopping my headaches went after 3 days. Since looking up side effects on the internet I realise that the dose is way too high for me and will try a lower dose.
