This is a super High quality product that is exactly what it says it is. This is my first time trying it and within minutes of arrival I was preparing a cup of shilagit tea using rain water I had collected rather than from the tap. It dissolves immediately in warm water turning the water light brown. Taste was not strong as I thought and incredibly organic tasting. An hour after drinking it and I feel a slight tingling sensation going all through my body like something is really happening. 2 hours in I feel incredibly sharp mentally and short term memory seems enhanced ! Love it already this really is the real deal , can wait to see how I feel one month in !

Very Good Shilajeet Tastes real without any mixture But price is little high ... All I know for since I was a teenager that this is good for your all-round Health .. but will look for reasonable price . But than it could be fake ... So I will buy again from this seller . If he can make less profit I know how much it is from India

I am 67 years young and semi retired. I had heard of Shilajit a few years back but didn't have the information and the source where to obtain it from. Best part of my life I have been very active. Over the past few years I started to feel run down and with no energy at my disposal. Surfing the net I came across Amazon where I found pure and natural Shilajit. I just could not resist ordering it. First I had a quick research on the web and I was impressed of its benefits. I am a great believer of natural remedies especially herbal. I ordered Shilajit and tried it in a very small dose. I was amazes of its immediate effect on me. I felt like I had a new and young heart. I take it regularly now and I am never short of energy. Shilajit is natural booster for sex and many times better than any other products and with no side effects. I am impressed with Amazon's prompt delivery and a very good and healthy product with all the natural ingredients in it.

Bought this on the basis of the positive reviews on Amazon and other sites. My husband and I started with a very small rice grain size serving one a day dissolved in water. The negatives Within a few hours I noticed a significant increase in my appetite to the point where I was ravenous thoughout the day and into the evening. Over the next few days my blood sugar suffered with my waking in the early hours of the morning needing to eat, I also noted that I started to put on weight with my clothes feeling tighter. In addition my blood pressure was affected with my experiencing dizziness and feeling generally unwell, I cannot say whether this was my blood pressure had increased or dropped, suffice to say I was becoming increasingly concerned. My husband also reported a significant increase in appetite and the need to eat late at night. he also started to gain weight and his sleep was disturbed with lots of unpleasant vivid dreams. Since stopping taking this our appetites have returned to normal and the weight gain has reversed. The lightheadness and dizziness have stopped and I am feeling back to normal. Mood affected. The only positive was an increase in mental clarity with better concentration and focus, my husband particularly noticed this stating that he was able to sustain his work focus for longer and more effectively, I also noted an improvement in my mental functioning and concentration. I am sure this works for some people but anyone with any Health issues should think very carefully before trying this product. We now have a nearly full tin sitting the cupboard which I am unsure will be used, a very expensive experiment.

This stuff is bizarre. I read the other reviews before buying it, fully expecting to not really feel anything when taking it. I tried just a tiny rice grain-sized piece for my first go and within minutes felt floaty light and incredibly joyful. It was so strange. But brilliant! The immediate effects have worn off over time, though I do still feel uplifted after having taken it. Not sure what else it's doing for me, but it's full of good stuff and given my reaction, I can only think it's working! The pot is tiny (it comes in a really small plastic pot housed within the container shown) but as you use so little, it really lasts. The taste is foul, but I don't register that any more. Will definitely buy more when this runs out.

ich kenne die Wirkung von den billig Produkten, da habe ich das Gefühl, ein Energieschub als könnte ich aus der Haut fahren, nicht angenehmen, mag sein das manche diesen Effekt mögen beim Sport, kann sein! Aber hier, ich habe extra eine größere Portion genommen um zu schauen, nichts, nur auf den Geist einen klaren Fokus; Wachheit und Konzentration, natürlich auch einen angenehmen Energieschub, aber kein vergleich zu billigem Zeugs. Für mich die ideale Ergänzung, hier sieht man den unterschied!

Das Produkt kommt definitiv dem Original, das ich in Tibet gegessen habe am nähesten, jedoch ist der Preis ziemlich hoch, deshalb einen Stern Abzug.
