These are waterproof and you can shower and bathe with them on and they stay on, never losing stick while being breathable and a nice big size. Very handy to have in first aid kit, good quality and very comfortable to wear, speed up the healing process for wounds. I recommend.

A really good wound cover. I had a slow healing cut on the bottom of my foot. Awkward place! This covered it well, easy to apply, was comfortable, stuck well and has speeded up the healing. I will be repurchasing as I prefer it to a common brand found in well known uk chemist.

THE GOOD - As a hydrocolloid dressing these have done their job in a short space of time. I injured my knee cap with a partial thickness tear of skin causing a flap and a lot of exposed tissue. I got the injury on Sunday (then used standard plasters) and applied one of these on Tuesday and yesterday (Wednesday) I removed as I saw blood seeping through. To my surprise it had closed the wound and I was already forming new skin. I applied another and I hope by Saturday I'm in a good place for my holidays. THE BAD - The adhesive areas on the dressing aren't big enough to hold it in place, the pad itself does stay in place but because the adhesive area doesn't work I had to secure it in place along the edges with 3M micropore tape which I already had. Without this the wound isn't sealed as such and your likely to hinder your healing and additionally likely to pull the plaster off when sleeping or from movement alone.

Good dressing, stays on in the shower, comfortable, like a new skin

Burned my wrist with hot soup and working with food I had to get it all hygienically covered. Local chemist wasn’t much help so started searching on Amazon. These arrived on the second day after I burned myself and I sterilized everything, popped the blisters put them on, slightly worried about the fact that they were sticky and were going to be sticking to the actual blister..but I had to go to work so stuck it in anyway and covered it with some cohesive bandage and a tube bandage! I left it on for about four days when it started to peel up the edges a bit, so decided the time had come to risk having a look what was going on under the dressing... it peeled off relatively easily but DID take the blister with it... but under the dressing my burn was completely healed!!! Brand new shiny red skin, very thin and delicate but the wound was completely healed! The skin is very dry now and I have to moisturize it with a heavy duty moisturizer several times a day but it was just a week ago that I burned myself and here I am with my arm beautifully healed. No ugly scab, no more covering needed, just a pink mark on my arm!! These dressings are amazing and they will always be in my first aid box from now on!

I used these on a large wound which wouldn't stop weeping. Kept the area clean and moist and helped it heal rapidly. Waterproof too so I could still shower!

Bought based on other reviews about burns. My burn happened on the 14/12/21. Bought these as a barrier for when it got topped. Due to not being able to get to the surgery. Needed to apply the dressing on 21/12/21 but it wasn't moist and just sucked itself onto the raw flesh like a limpet. 22/12/21 Jacquie the practice nurse explained today: this is going to really hurt, so took a deep breath as the gentle steady peeling began. Immediately feeling like an unwilling victim in a Saw movie and not wanting to play the game. By the 7 it really did hurt as Jacquie carried on peeling the limpet like dressing off, my cursing turned into incantations which summoned a Golem. With dressing now removed, a wave of relief washed over me. Thanking Jacquie, I limped off to carry on my day. Certainly not a suitable replacement for the correct dressing. More like: needs must as the devil drives. They certainly did protect it and know they should prove useful in other applications. But from my brief time using these would not do so again on a topped burn without burn cream applied first to the dressing. That would be a good way to heal and cushion. Sea moss gel applied round the edges of the burn is also helping with its cooling effect and healing properties.
