This one is the TN panel that's not been released in the UK yet. I tried searching all over for it and Amazon definitely has the cheapest price. I ended up just going for the Dell S2716DG and I'm very pleased with it.

Will this run 4k on the xbox one x?

At 30fps using the monitors HDMI port, yes. But not 60fps. It only supports 4k at 60fps over its display port socket. Not sure if anyone's had any success with a display port to hdmi 2.0 adapter but that should work in theory.

Worth the extra £££ for G-sync?

YES! Absolutely worth it, IMO. I'm not getting any other screens without G-sync since I bought that 165Hz IPS G-sync one. Especially for me as a SLI user - the variable sync pretty much solved all the stuttering issues. Tearing ain't a thing anymore. It's just great.
