whipped into shape
Wonderful machine! I would have preferred it in cream but the price difference was too much, however, it works brilliantly, (even in white!) I am always on the look out now for recipes that will enable me to put it to use and have found really good results with everything I've tried. Oh and the bread, especially the bread! It works brilliantly with dough, I have a bread machine and have been known to make bread by hand but the results are way better with this. Pastry too, it takes all the fuss out of rubbing butter into flour. Timings are something to get used to, creaming butter and sugar for a cake takes a good deal longer than with a hand held electric whisk as of course the beater isn't revolving as fast but time is saved overall by being able to get on with other things while it does it's stuff. Other things are more similar on time. Plus it's beautiful.
