Works to allow access to the crank so the crank can be removed after removing that plastic cap

Great for tightening shimano crank bolts but could do with hex hole
Saw this for few pennies and just bought it. I have various crank arms to swap between different road/TT bikes so this fits the end cap. I have a screwdriver which does the job enough, but thought id just get the proper tool. It's made out of heavy duty plastic. It does the job, although they could have moulded the centre hole to take a hex key so you could torque it more easily. And made it out of metal. But given the price and the fact it saves me scratching my crank bolt lugs its OK

It works a lot better when you realise how it works which I didn't for 10 minutes haha. Undo the allen bolts, then undo it. I tried to do it without undoing the allen bolts. I did not manage that as you can imagine :D Tool is great, does exactly what it should.

Helped me to assemble/disassemble a Shimano Ultegra and 105 crank. So they have already saved me money compared to getting the job done at a bike shop. Quality seems excellent. Time will tell.

Oryginalne i niedrogie narzędzie Shimano do zaślepki z lewego ramienia korby. Działa idealnie z GRX 400. Pamiętaj by najpierw odkręcić śruby imbusowe na korbie, a zaślepkę na samym końcu :)

Werkt en is goedkoop
Noodzakelijk om je shimano crank te (de)monteren. Werkt goed en kost weinig. Erg tevreden!

Must have tool to remove ultegra cranks
Works perfectly to remove ultegra crank arm dust cap on non drive side. It is hand loosened and tightened only. The tool is plastic but so is the dust cap

It does exactly what it is expected to do - loosen and tighten the Shimano crank dust cover, and does it well.
