STAEDTLER 8033 01 FIMO Kids Create&Play Jewellery Set

This was a great gift and really entertained my daughter.

Small for the price but a nice little birthday gift although l think a fair price would be £10max (I paid around £13)

First time using Fimo. Wishlist full of sets and head full of wondrous plans. We set the craft table and spent 3 hours making all kinds of things. I put everything in the oven and then we all stood outside as my partner put out the oven fire. Apparently the temperatures are American and are in Fahrenheit, not Celsius. I had to get my oven professionally cleaned and the home smelled of burnt plastic for days. Giving stars for playability but probably won't chance it ever again because I've seen online reviews where the finished product is burnt at the edges like pizza. Is there a special oven or mini kiln you can buy to make these things?

A nice gift for my grandaughter who loves craft. Easy to follow instructions for children. A good product.

A good quality product but I feel like the jewellery appeals to a younger audience yet I fimo is quite hard for younger children to work with (in my opinion). If you have very creative types who don't get easily frustrated then this is good. But if they prefer quick wins you might be better off with a simpler funky beading set so they see the results of their efforts more quickly. Personally I think fimo is best suited to the over 12s.

Ich habe etwas gesucht, das man gut auf einem Kindergeburtstag basteln kann. Das Fimo set ist dafür bestens geeignet. Die Mädchen können sich aus der Fimo Knete schöne Perlen formen und nach dem Brennen im Ofen Armbänder basteln. Die gebastelten Armbänder durfte natürlich jeder mit nach Hause nehmen. Fimo kenne ich noch aus meiner Kindheit und hat mich damals schon begeistert. Wir sind jetzt im Fimo Fieber und basteln nun auch unsere Weihnachtsbaumanhänger aus Fimo Teig.
