There are positive changes. Regrowth of hair follicles.
This is excellent for reversing balding on the head. I think it might need continuous usage. I am just waiting for my hair to be long enough to keep the wig on without a hat especially indoors

Nya - to be honest
Product seems great. Each capsule is 500mg and the advised dosage is 1000mg. So this is 30 day supply. I don't feel this was clear in the product description. Purity certificate is also old which is a concern for me but I understand it may not be for others.

This product arrived quick and was well packed. After doing some research i have found that It may be helpful for hay fever and weight loss. Resveratrol might have many effects in the body, including expanding blood vessels and reducing blood clotting. It may also decrease pain and swelling, reduce levels of sugar in the blood, and help the body fight against disease. They are worth giving a try. I do honestly feel better after taking these. There are also some warnings. There are people that shouldn't take trans resveratrol like patients who have blood disorders, which can cause bleeding, should be monitored by a physician while taking this product. People undergoing surgery should stop taking resveratrol two weeks before the surgery and not take it for two weeks after the surgery to reduce the risk of bleeding. For me personally it does do good. I feel really well. I didn't personally noticed any body changes like in weight or anything like that but i did noticed that i'm sneezing less know. Who knows. I personally am recommending these but make sure you will check with your GP before taking any supplements of medication. Worth the price for sure.

Great improvement
I have arthritis and add this to my daily yogurt so I can’t really comment on taste as it’s overpowered by the yogurt, it definitely has an anti inflammatory effect on my joints where I would normally have intense pain it’s definitely lessened, any improvement on arthritis is a good improvement if you ask me so I would highly recommend this product
