Perfect Maggi
I've been using Maggi Coconut Milk Powder for many years whether I'm cooking Indian or Thai. On the occassion when I've run out, I'll use tinned coconut milk that's always on standby, but the end results are nowhere as tasty. I find that some tinned coconut milk can be too thin so it's a bonus to be able to mix the amount I require for each dish. In fact I used the last of my previous 1kg pack just last night when I made a Korma so I've just ordered another. Perfect!

Not for those with diabetes or gut issues
Will not be buying this product again as I realised it has a very high amount of Maltodextrin, causing high sugar spikes, weight gain and high glycemic Index and inflamation. TASTE IS OK, good for curries.

Save space and money. The bag takes up much less space than the equivalent cans of coconut milk, and yu can just use what you need, which can be mixed according to directions or simply added dry! Brilliant!
