For the same price as the Halfrauds, retail version, it's worth a try. It can't perform miracles though. My car failed an MOT test on it's CO emissions (since replaced the failed Lambda sensor, and passed), I ran Two bottles through the car, in the correct proportion (with Optimax) and the Hydrocarbon level (within limits) was unchanged. Whether this is because the car is as clean as it can be, or the cleaner makes no difference to certain emissions, I cannot say with confidence. The old Lambda sensor was very clean for 83k miles though. Sometimes even snakeoil is worth a shot.

Definitely made a difference. Brought a little more power and made the engine feel even smoother. Used at 61k miles and 57k ... On Lexus V6. Will continue to use every few thousand miles.
