Adhesive Non-Elastic Strapping Tape – for Sports Injuries, Strains and Sprains – 5cm x 10m, White, 1 Roll

About as strong as any other tape I've tried, but this one has stickier adhesive.

Just what I needed to support my foot. Not stretchy so exactly right.

The tape was sticky and held on for 24 hours, even when in the shower. I used it on my wrist because of some pain when I placed weight on to it and with the tape I managed to do my daily amount of push ups, which was the first time I'd managed that in a week of wrist pain. So all good there. However, and this is probably more to do with myself than the product in question, but for any fellow people with arm hair, you might want to consider how to remove this after you're done. I gave myself an instant wax when trying to remove it and ended up with a bald wrist! It was the first time I'd used this type of tape before so maybe I should considered that beforehand but I didn't. But I will use it again because it was helpful for me. And if I use it on another body part I might want to consider a quick shave of said part before I apply it.

I'm no connoisseur of sports tape but this is the best I've used to date. It adheres well, it conforms to shapes better than others I've used and it protects from rubbing and abrasion very well. And it's a nice big roll. It does leave some adhesive residue at the edges when you take it off, but this residue is easily removed by wiping with the sticky surface of the used tape before you throw it away.

I ordered this tape seven times from Amazon over the past few years. Admittedly, its expensive but it’s very good quality, until the most recent delivery. The tape was literally bent out of shape beyond all recognition. The person that packaged it in the l Amazon warehouse needs their arse kicking. Amazon have replaced it free of charge the next day, no service has resumed thankfully

This tape worked very well for me to prevent blisters. It applied easily and wasn't difficult to get off again. However, it somehow manages to get sticky on the outside during wear and then attaches itself firmly to the inside of your socks. It was harder to remove from my socks than from my feet. The sticky residue left on the socks has not completely washed out. Over time I think it will ruin my socks.

Trialled this on a 4 day 3 night hike with full pack load. The intention was to use it on the feet to prevent blisters, but I walked route in swimming shorts (as it was intermittent rain & they're fast-drying) and the netting caused chaffing on the thighs. A few strips over the area and that was it done. This stuff is INCREDIBLY adhesive and lasted days (and tears when I came to take it off). That's how it is designed but be aware of that. As I don't need anything like a full roll 'in the field' I wrapped a few lengths around the emergency tent pole splint I have with me anyway. Another classic way to take it is to wrap some around a Biro casing.

Good strong adhesion, bought it as recommended by my physio. However I get itchy after a couple of days and have to remove, it leaves glue residue that is so hard to wash off

Acquistato per mio figlio a seguito di una tendinite . Fa il suo lavoro ma : si sporca molto facilmente ( e’ bianco) e dopo ore e’ già nero . Non va messo a contatto con la pelle (sopratutto con i peli ) perché fa l’effetti ceretta al strappo 😱

Muy buen producto, llevo pocos meses usándolo pero ya lo compro siempre para un vendaje que llevo casi permanentemente. Dura muchos días y es transpirable.
