I got this from 121pharmacy and it arrived very quickly and well packed. Cheaper than Amaz too. It’s a really good product, strong yet breathable and leaves no sticky residue. I use it to tape my lips to prevent snoring and it’s much more effective than regular, more expensive tapes and does the job much better as well. Very highly recommended.

This stuff is bloody brilliant. After battling with HRT patches for the last couple of years I was at my wits end. I had tried every type of sticking plaster to help keep them stuck on but my skin was getting raw. So I did some research and saw this stuff. I wish I’d discovered it years ago, patch stays put, no red skin. It’s not a massive deal but it also is, with everything else you have to put up with thanks to the menopause, not having to worry about this small thing is massive.

I have been using Hypafix for many years, having had it recommended to me by a Physio. I've found a great variety of uses for it, so it's something I always keep in my Sports and First Aid bags! I primarily use it as sports tape for strapping techniques which help prevent injury, as I have weak ligaments and soft tissues. I have found it more adhesive than other sports tapes and it is significantly cheaper! As this tape is easy to cut into the sizes you need, it works well for all areas of the body. I have used this size to strap big joints like knees and ankles as well as strapping my little finger! The tape sticks really well. It will last for a few days if the corners aren't frequently rubbing against material. I've also found it pretty painless to remove and doesn't leave sticky residue that's impossible to remove like some adhesive tapes. Hypafix is also great for use in dressing wounds. It's perfect to secure a gauze to a difficult area like a knee scrape and lasts well. I am prone to getting blisters on the ball of my foot. I tried all kinds of prevention techniques. One day I tried sticking Hypafix to the ball of my foot and behold - blister free! Never had blisters since applying Hypafix, but if I forget it - the blisters are straight back (but - Hypafix to the rescue again - great for securing gauze/padding to the worst blisters!). Finally - if you want evidence for how good the adhesive is, here it is! We arrived at a netball game a while back to find that the post had broken - the ring had become detached from the post. We re-attached it by wrapping Hypafix around the mount and the post. A few windy, rainy weeks later we returned and the Hypafix was still wrapped around the post holding the net on!

Having discovered this through the hospital following surgery, it’s one of the better products available that will stick to hair. I needed an open wound to heal over a period of time that required daily dressings changed. It’s never easy to attach to hair (especially on your head) and this does a far better job than most. Decent quality for the price too, also cheaper than a prescription for it!! Could stick better, but it’s decent.

Cannot fault at all. High adhesion and does what it's designed to do.

Very good product been using it for many years now

This is an absolute staple of our home medicine box. The 10m roll length allows you to be generous with your dressings; you are not restricted to pre-cut shapes. The hold is firm; it can last a few days of heavy wear and still keep the dressing in place. It is surprisingly easy to peel off even from delicate skin. It is made of non-woven fabric, so it does get wet if you soak it, but somehow it still holds! The fabric is flexible and soft and can be shaped around any surface curvature. Sweat-resistant—it would get moist, but it will still hold and will then dry pretty quickly. I stopped buying other plasters and dressing holders; we only use Hypafix products now and could not be happier.

My 88 year old mum has a lesion on her foot having tried to cram it into shoes that no longer fit, it's on the heel so hurts and is taking a long time to heal which is why pressure sores and other potential problematic issues need to be watched for and treated asap. As a daughter-carer I've been glad that either the podiatrist or the district nurse has checked this weekly and reapplied the dressing. However, the dressing falls off within a day or two because Ma is virtually bed bound and still trying to cram swollen feet into slippers in such a way it risks further damage. I've started redressing the site - and one great tip from the podiatrist was this tape ... for being able to mould to an area and stay put ( to a certain extent!). It's good stuff , and you don't have to use much of it to get a dressing to stay in place. Also the precut backing helps extricate the tape once you've cut the length needed. It's not cheap but it does the job.

Quality product that is easy to cut and stretches to fit contours such as elbow and knees.
