Will this case fit my Nikon D7000 with 18-300mm lens?

It just fits my Canon T2i with an 18-55mm kit lens. Your lens (18-300mm) is too big and won't fit in this case.

This is really designed for full sized DSLRs. While a micro 4/3s camera will fit inside, you should know it will be loose, but yet still protected...

Does this case fit a canon 5d mark iii with a 50mm lens?

I have a 5D Mark iii with 16-35 III L lens with hood. I bought this case but it does NOT fit my camera and lens. I had planned on taking it to an EBC trek. I think the lens is a bit too big for this case. I hope that helps others.
