How does it taste? I've tried adding hemp powder to smoothies but don't like it

I found the taste rather subtle in a smoothie - not unlike Maca powder, but less nutty. It is a bit fruitier so blends well in a smoothie. Hope that helps.

How much is recommended per day feel the benefits? Thanks.

Replaces a lot of vitc and keeps the coldie bugs away so boosts system use about a heaped teaspoon per day :)

Hi, can you advise if the baobad power is 100% natural or is processed in any way or form?

I know because I come from Africa and just be the taste I can confirm if it is 100%..it is something you developed from childhood..this product is genuine and 100% authentic

how does this mix with water? what does it look like?

it is a fine off white powder which you can mix with water. If you use plenty of water, it will be cloudy, but if you mix the powder with a small amount of water, it will be like a paste. Either way, it is very tasty and good for you.
