Does exactly what I need. I appreciate having a cough suppressant without a mucolytic (guiafenesin). This is my second time purchase.

Bottom line: A reliable, long-lasting cough relief option that works well for controlling that dry, nagging cough—easy to take and non-drowsy, which makes it a very practical addition to the medicine cabinet.

Great cough relief pills. Much easier to take than cough syrup. The pills are pretty small and easy to swallow. I need to take only dextromethorphan instead of any other ingredients and this is the best brand for the price I could find. Lasts a good 8-12 hours.

This cough relief worked well for me when I needed something long lasting during the day. I like that it helped calm my cough without making me feel drowsy, so I could still go about my normal routine. The softgels are easy to take, and the 8-hour relief was really convenient. Using off label with buproprion for depression because my insurance will no longer pay for Auvility (and it's $1,428 a month!). Auvility is literally the only antidepressant that helps me and I've tried everything available. When my insurance wouldn't pay for it and I no longer qualified for it free through the manufacturer (they paid for the first three months then stopped), I decided to take things into my own hands and take DIY Auvility which includes dextromethorphan and buproprion.
