Is their a heavy duty version? Myself plus ladder and tools will exceed this 330lb.

I assume then that you are using 375 pound duty rated ladders for everything? This thing won’t work with six foot ladders because it’s not a large enough platform. It only works with four foot, or the step stool/ladder pictured.

Is this product osha approved?

I can’t say this platform is OSHA approved. But I will say I gave it a workout while I used it on my staircase. I pushed the weight rating and then some. Not even a squeak from this platform.

What is the height with the legs fully extended?

Total height varies with the step height.

Does it work with any type of ladder?

No...it can be used with maximum 4 step-ladder that will fit on that platform (not every stepladder will fit on it), but altough the manufacturer says that it is made to be used with their own stepladder, i personnally use it with my telescopic ladder that goes up to 15-16 feet.
