I live in Florida can it be outside

Bottles state, "Best Served Chilled". Plus, they need refrigeration if only partially consumed after opening. Stashed in a cooler or ice chest, they should be okay. Of course, YMMV.

Can you drink it hot?

It's a taste issue, YMMV, because these shakes taste differently at room temperature than from the fridge. Preference is an individual issue. My preference has been to drink it cold, regardless of which flavor. Also, vitamin & mineral efficacy may change with heat. Slimfast should be consulted for such notions.

Slimfast came in today and i didnt order it. dont send me anything unless i order it. cant find where to stop what happened today

It probably belongs to the guy who didn't receive his

Is it ok not refrigerate this if it wasn't opened?

Yes! SlimFast shakes are shelf-stable, which means you do not have to refrigerate until you are ready to enjoy them. Shakes should be stored in a cool, dry place. After the product is opened, refrigeration is critical to the safety of the product. Any product that has been opened and not completely refrigerated should not be consumed. Hope this helps!
