Really helps with my husbands gout. Has no problem taking them and whenever he starts to feel a flare up happening I advise him to start taking these and they knock it on the head.

I suffered from Gout for the first time after a game of football. I thought it was a fractured toe but it turns out that larger guys dehydrate quicker when performing physical activities thus resulting in raised levels of Uric Acid... i didn't know anything about Gout before so here a lay for days with my toe elevated. Doc presribed Naproxen which helps reduce swelling. The main attack pain alleviated after about 3-4 days and then the toe pain just lingered around for weeks. In between i had another attack after having a lamb curry. After the second attack, i completely stopped consumption of red meat in the hopes of lowering my Uric Acid. Things went well and i was left with my toe pain which wouldn't go away. There was still a bump on the side where the joint is. This is where the crystallisation forms (if you don't already know). My third attack lasted a day. This was after consumption of a can of soft drink (fructose/ sugars)... yes so i had to stop drinking sugars. So week 5 and i'm controlling my food and eating healthier. I have a sweet tooth so switched to dark chocolates. More citrus fruits and cut down certain fruits like apple, mango etc. The toe pain wasn't going anywhere so i bought this product. 2 x a day and by next day i felt a massive change in my steps. 3 days later and i feel like i'm almost back to normal. I'm just so looking forward to running again. I'm big as it is and gout is such a set back. I'd say this product does what it says on the tin and reduces Uric Acid levels in the body.

Used many times, easy to swallow, no nasty taste, used as a supplement against gout. Unfortunately the price varies so much changed to a different brand.

I started taking them late last year after two months of chronic gout. I also took up Activia yogurt, pineapple juice, I cut out liver pate, and drank more cider but less beer. In fact all the things commonly recommended. Happily no gout so far this year, though obviously there is no way of knowing if this is due to the Uriprinol or the other stuff. One word of warning: if you have difficulty swallowing large tablets, beware. These are huge and I usually break them in half. Even so, yesterday a half tablet got stuck in my throat and only came back up after a very uncomfortable hour coughing. As luck would have it I was drinking a bottle of wine to celebrate my birthday! Before buying any more I'll investigate if there is anything similar available in a more throat friendly size.

Been taking these for a couple of years now Only time I had to take naproxen as well was after an operation I had to change my diet to more meat based protein I hadn’t eaten red meat in years hence I got a flare up but was quite mild in comparison to before I started taking these I would recommend although I can’t say that they would work for everyone

I’ve had 3 gout flare ups in my knee over the past 10 weeks. A&E were very helpful and prescribed naproxen on the spot, due to my GP not able to see me for 4 weeks ? I needed something now. These have worked wonders, the agonising pain was reduced a lot 2 days in, the swelling is still there, and the heat has subsided, the mobility but I needed to lower the pain. I took these along with a cherry supplement tablet, Cherrys are the number one natural gout killer 😁👍🏻

This is a very useful health resource for people who have suffered from gout type problems. Has all the ingredients required to help with Uric acid elimination problems. Not ingredients that are readily accessible via supermarket or health food stores. The tablets are medium sized but smooth and easy to swallow. I’m finding that they are becoming more expensive than I can afford.
