Good quality, feels good enough to use on quality products. Performance is ok, I probably handle mine too rough as have used to Weft hair fiber on for a costume. If pull too hard it can rip but that is from using a latch hook, I don't believe you can rip by hand. It can fray a little in sewn and does create quite a bit of dust when cut so be aware of the mess, don't breathe it in as plastic fiber's. It certainly did the job I wanted it to do, and what I expected of it. You should have more than enough in the package to make a shopping bag or put pannels on a bag with lots leftover. You may need two to make a vest though.
