DISGUSTING. Presentation box is dented. Glasses are filthy. And foam holding the glassware has mood spots growing all over it!

Nice looking and elegant champagne flute. However, it’s so fragile and I broke one when drying it after I used it the first time. I have many different types of champagne glass and been always careful, and this was the first time I broke it when drying the champagne glass.

Got bought these as a gift, and although beautiful and a nice size, they are so tightly packed in the presentation case that one of them snapped in half when removed (and not even with much force). Very disappointed.

Musste die Gläser leider zurück schicken. In den beiden Gläsern waren leider Mängel unebener trinkrand -Lufteinschlüsse im Glas - schlieren im Glas von der Herstellung.
