Lounge Pug Mega Mammoth Giant Bean Bag Sofa, Jumbo Cord Graphite Grey, Massive Size Beanbag for 2 Adults

I had been hunting for a large beanbag for myself and the missus to sloth on while watching the tv in the spare room. Most beanbags are really a one man job or say two but really you're squished on and really uncomfortable. The pictures looked promising so I ordered. The bag arrived really promptly from London and was straight forward enough to get the four large bags of beans into this gigantic beast of a bag. I had a fair amount of spillage on the beans as being a hero, I tried to do this on my own before the other half arrived. Some sweeping up fixed it all. I then discovered that the zip was broken, with all the beans in the bag repackaging was not an option to send back etc. I was a bit peeved so contacted the seller. Although it says, it can take up to 3 days for a reply, I was contacted back within the hour and immediately was offered a new cover without any fuss, photo evidence etc. Considering this is the main cost of the bag rather than the beans, I was very impressed. Working in a selling industry myself things go wrong from time to time, it's how you handle the customer issues that matters. Couldn't fault this at all, the bag arrived quickly and was perfect. Couldn't recommend highly enough. The bag itself is great quality, very comfortable and more than fits two people. Awesome.

Arrived ahead of schedule.... Wasn't surprised by the 4 very large boxes and having to fill the bean bag ourselves as warned from other reviews. We dreaded the filling of the bean bag and cleared our room as much as possible expecting to unleash bean snow all over the room..... Actually it was a lot easier than expected with just 2 of us. Only wasted a couple handfuls of beans and only took us about 20 mins. Trick is to carefully put the whole bag of beans inside the outer bag, open bag of beans (pointing downwards). and pull bag out slowly gently tapping the sides to release the beans stuck to the sides. We absolutely love this bean bag, it's huge, very comfortable and great quality. I did only mark 3 stars for value for money though as I still think the price is very expensive for a bean bag. However, I'm glad we bought it.

Just received mine this morning. Very well made with thick cord fabric and a great choice of colours to suit any decor. I honestly had no problems putting this together on my own, just make sure you fit as much of the bag into the opening upside down before you release the tie and keep the inner sleeve securely around the bag while you lift both the beanbag and the filler bag up. I didn’t have to Hoover a single bead and it only took about 15 minutes. Advice as above - for a squishier bag only use the two tall bags and one short bag of beads and save the other for top-ups and follow the instructions regarding removing the paperclips from the zips. Easy peasy, comfy, and I’m very pleased. Photo in front of the armchair to indicate size. Please note: I haven’t used all four bags of filling as I want it to be squishy.

It would have been so much easier if it had arrived ready filled. It came with 4 boxes of filling, it took three of us to do it and there were still styrofoam balls all over the floor. Partly because the plastic bags they came in split! After managing to get most of the four bags in the beanbag we discovered that it was now over full, and had to empty at least 1/4 of the filling out. More mess... At the moment it's quite comfortable, although I may empty out some more filling. The colour is also much lighter than in the picture, more porridge than mink. Just so you know.

We're in the process of moving to Spain so downsizing as much stuff as poss so was looking for something to use instead of our sofa that we have just got rid of, we found this elsewhere but I always like the security of purchases that I get with Amazon above a certain amount so ordered via Amazon and it turned up within a day or so and it's fantastic.. It arrived in 5 boxes and good instructions, we done it in our kitchen and we had a henry Hoover with no bag in to get all the stray balls after and then turned bags inside out and shook the static ones out whilst vacuuming them, once all clean we opened vacuum and shook strays also into bean bag. It's well made looks good with our current sofa were keeping to take with us, and it's got all the right amount of filing etc with it, we bought the pillow and the foot rest and glad we did as it all looks fab.. kids were all sitting on it (all 4 of them) and loved it.. I just got them off to bed and as soon as the baby's in bed me and my partner will have a real snuggle on it as it's perfect for that.. when I move I'll be investing in another for our bedroom then I can use it for other stuff..😉 highly recommend it.

Bought for my husband so he could sit in comfort with both our dogs! It is stunning quality. The fabric is seriously robust and is taking a hounding from our spaniels. It shows no sign of any wear and we love it - we watch TV, read, relax together with both dogs too - so it is big!. Very comfortable and easy to manipulate. Everyone talks about the filling. I am only 5ft and I did it alone. It came in 4 boxes so I did it in the lounge where I simply opened the top of the first filling bag, stuffed it deep inside the cover and then gently lifted upwards:first bag in. Did the same for bags 2 and 3. For bag 4 the whole thing was quite large and stable now so I kept the last bag seal in place, cut a small hole in one corner and used that as a funnel;filled very easily. I just had a clean hoover with me for the very few bits that got away so I could recapture them!

It’s massive there is no mistaking that. It’s in the kids playroom so they can chill out watching tv. It’s so comfortable. We pull it into the living room in the evening to chill on. Great for snuggling down & watching a movie. It’s hilarious watching people trying to get up of it. Definitely the most comfortable seat in the house. The reviews mention it being hard to fill we did it with two of us & little mess. The material is really thick, feels like really good quality.

It's a good beanbag, came with four large boxes with a large bag of beans (polystyrene-like balls about the size of a pea each) in each one. Bit of a hassle with the cardboard waste, but I can't complain really. Also came with the beanbag material itself neatly folded in a small package, but that's a given. I'm not sure the material is worth the price though. It's not luxurious or particularly different from a curtain or carpet, at least in my opinion. I bought my dogs a PupNaps dog bed for a third of the price of this and it's way more comfortable, luxurious and soft in comparison to the beanbag material. There's just something about this that reminds me of old furniture or curtains, I can't quite place it. It's not uncomfortable in itself, it's perfectly comfy, just I don't think it matches up to the price they ask for. I'm not exactly a beanbag expert but I remember a friend having a smaller beanbag that was filled with packing peanuts that were made out of some kind of weird synthetic material that felt like a cross between a cushion and gelatine. I wasn't really expecting anything but it was a little disappointing finding polystyrene balls instead, I can tell they will eventually flatten with use, simply squashing one between my fingers demonstrated this since the bean didn't return to its previous shape. I guess this is only a nitpick though really, the beans work as intended as a nice form fitting filler. Most of my review is just opinionated stuff, but my biggest gripe is the zip. It's just a generic paper clip. This seems to be explained away by the instructions as being "use and then dispose so it doesn't present a tearing risk to the beanbag" and "if you need to open the zipper again, just find another paper clip!" which seems rather cheap and lazy in my opinion. For the price of this beanbag they could have afforded to put a rubber ring pull on the zipper that wouldn't present any sharp object risk of damage to the beanbag and would have been fine for multiple uses. I don't know, it just seemed weird and cheap. The beanbag is comfy though. It's a fine item, just perhaps I set my expectations a little too high because of the price tag. Definitely let down by the zip. It's still good quality and good for its purpose, plenty of space to just lounge around in it or read your Kindle, etc.

This product is lovely once it is built. Made quite a mess as one of the bags had burst. Also, they don't supply an inner cover so you cannot wash the main cover which is a real shame.

Der Sack macht Spaß. Er sieht toll aus mit seiner Farbe und dem Cord. Es sitzt sich bequem. Bin froh den Großen genommen zu haben, denn für Erwachsene ist diese Größe schon angenehmer...Er kam super schnell, früher als erwartet. Und das Befüllen war wider Erwarten gar kein Problem, wenn man sich an die Bedienungsanleitung hält. Man brauch aber unbedingt zwei Personen. Ersetzt aber keine Couch, wenn zwei Personen Platz brauchen. Zwei große Menschen haben keinen Gemütlichkeitsfaktor, außer es sind zwei Zwerge....aber für eine Person super bequem....
