If you want a watch that quite simply just tells the time, lets you know the date, and can be used as an alarm or a stop watch, then I would recommend the Casio F-91W. It is quite light to wear and, in my opinion, looks very stylish.

Inexpensive, Tells Time
About 6 months on, I have been happy with it. It was inexpensive, it's very easy to wear because it's light and slim, and I can look at it when I want to know the time. I don't use the alarm. The stopwatch has come in handy on occasion. I think it looks nice.
