Very good product for bonding vinyl
This specialist glue is excellent for bonding vinyl for a permanent fix.Because it soon dries,if using on a large area,it is best to bond small sections at a time

Unbelievably strong glue.
Glued my paddle board with this & first time I had the pvc misaligned, I couldn't part this glue once it had dried, started ripping the material. Fantastic glue.

Very expensive for the size of pot. But works great!
Very strong - doing the job. Eye watering price though

Super strong glue!
Used this HH-66 vinyl cement for some patch repairs on inflatables and tarps, and itโs fantastic. Bonds really quickly and holds tight, even under stress and water exposure. Being toluene-free itโs a bit less harsh on the nose too, which is a bonus when youโre working in smaller spaces. Only tip is make sure the surfaces are clean and dry before applying for the best bond. Absolute must-have if you work with vinyl or heavy-duty materials.

Terrible value for money. Poor adhesion when used sparingly.
This is insanely overpriced considering how little you get, and how much you need to apply to get proper adhesion. I purchased the 118ml can, thinking that it should be plenty for a small job. The can is very small, and not full. The instructions say to apply to both faces, and wait for it to become tacky. Most adhesives can be used quite sparingly, but when a small amount is applied, the glue becomes touch dry almost instantly and doesn't go tacky. The resulting bond was very weak, and could be pealed off easily (even after 24 hours). I needed to brush this on quite thick to achieve an adequate bond. I ended up having to use two or three times as much glue as anticipated, and did not have enough to complete the relatively small job. I would not recommend this adhesive. Instead, I wish I had purchased a stronger two-part PVC adhesive from a marine store. This would have performed much better and cost significantly less than this HH-66 product.

Don't buy unless you are going to use it straightaway
I made the mistake of purchasing this product 1 year before I needed to use it - however I did expect it to last longer (the glue had solidified and pulled the brush apart when the top was unscrewed). I would have expect it to last longer - the buyer informed me it only has an 18-month shelf life and it takes a number of weeks to import and could be sitting in the Amazon warehouse for months - there is supposed to be a 'use-by' date on the lid but mine didn't have one or it was covered by a hidden label that was difficult to remove - only buy this (very expensive) glue if you don't need it to last

Bonds vinyl extremely well!
I came across this HH-66 Toluene Free Vinyl Cement, in the 4 oz. can. After doing extensive research online for my specific project. I purchased a used, but in excellent condition, full size, tonneau cover for my F150. I have a tool box in the rear and I wanted to cover the exposed bed. The tonneau cover had a length of 72" and i had to shorten it down to 45". As a handyman by trade and an RC hobbyists at heart. I took the tonneau frame apart and put it back together, almost achieving a factory finnish. 1. I performed a small test on two strips of vinyl. I didn't clean them (intentionally) because I wanted to test the cement on unclean surfaces to check the level of adherence. The cement bonded phenomenally! 2. Prep your surfaces/wipe both sides with alcohol before applying the cement. 3. Please note: The cement dries as you brush it on, if possible, I suggest working on small manageable sections like 5" to 10" sections at a time, brush on quickly. Once a desired section is complete, move on to the next piece immediately! "Do not waite to bond the pieces together after brushing the cement on them. Once the 2nd strip is covered in the cement start bonding the ends together so they don't dry-up on you in the process....if they dry, your going to be left with a weak/ poor bond, the ends may lift or you will end up with air bubbles trapped between the vinyl 4. Wetter is better! You need both sides to be tacky wet, not tacky dry. I can't stress this enough 5. Press and hold for a few minutes, I used duct tape, blue painters tape and a variety of different size binder clips for my application and it worked great, get creative 6. Take your time, my specific project took roughly 3 days. I worked on it mornings and late evenings. I wanted to finnish my project but I wasn't in a rush and it turned out great! 7. The smell wasn't overwhelming for me, (I have worked with an array of chemicals) but if your sensitive to smells, yeah, it's best if you work outdoors, a garage, a shed, or a porch or just crack open a window. 8. My seams bonded extremely well, tight, no water leaks, no issues, no lifted ends. 9. Clean up is a snap! If you don't have thinner just use your 91% rubbing alcohol on a rag and wipe everything clean, it will break down the cement the same way. If you made it this far, I hope the small details described in my review will help you during your next project (s) i would use this on flexible thick vinyl products, not the cheap flimsy stuff. Preferably on tonneau covers, pool covers, air mattresses, vinyl tarp repairs, etc. Just to name a few. Also, if you intend to use this cement on PVC pipes, don't! Just go to your big box store, they sell a kit specifically designed for PVC pipes. Reminder: Always try a test piece first, before moving forward. This way you will be able to move forward confidently. Take care all, just a handymans honest perspective.

Strong Bond That Held Up Better Than Expected
I used this adhesive for a vinyl repair project and was impressed by the strength of the bond once cured. The glue spreads evenly and creates a flexible repair that doesn't become brittle over time. It worked particularly well on vinyl material that experiences movement and stress. The waterproof properties provide extra confidence for outdoor applications and inflatables. A little goes a long way, making the 4-ounce container last longer than expected.
