Excellent noodle consistency. *Very* hot.
I love this stuff enough to have a Subscribe & Save subscription. This brand of noodles is my absolute favorite. They're thicker than the grocery store stuff, and they have a really satisfying chewiness to them. I collect hot sauces and consume really spicy food almost every day. I can say with confidence that this stuff is *hot*. For those familiar, it's roughly the same heat level as the second-hottest sauce at Buffalo Wild Wings (I've tried them all). I've found that if I leave it brothy, the liquid tends to aerosolize when I slurp. It makes me cough and sweat and my nose run. For that reason, I usually leave it fairly dry. I just leave a few tablespoons of water when I mix in the sauce and veggie flakes. That way the heat is more concentrated, but it's more controllable. My favorite way to eat it is with a can of fish like sardines or mackerel. I also like to throw in some frozen veggies toward the end of cooking to up the nutrients and to cool it down a little. Add a soft-boiled egg if you want to get fancy. I'm decidedly un-fancy, so I've never done that. I suspect the fat in the yolk might tame the heat a bit. I want to emphasize how satisfying these noodles are, though. I live near three very highly-rated ramen restaurants, and to me these packaged noodles are even better than those places. I'm not enough of a connoisseur to know the difference, but I suspect it might be because these are Korean-style noodles, where traditionally we eat Japanese-style noodles in the US. If you don't like hot foods, try a different flavor from this brand. They have a ton! Chicken carbonara and cheese are both really mild flavors that I enjoy.

Suprisingly Spicy. Unexpected great flavor. Best ramen for me yet.
The scoville rating needs to be adjusted it claims it's less than 10k on the package, but clearly this is hotter than your typical jalepeno. Perhaps close to habenero. But for a food, this has a perfect flavor and for an extra kick I add a couple drops of Satan's Blood (also sold on Amazon) to kick it up a nickel. And in my opinion the seaweed topping somehow helps in the digestion as it comes out the other end better than other spicy things of this magnitude. 4.5 of 5 stars as it's expensive due to popularity and I suppose they could have a third packet that adds a bit more to the presentation of the food especially for the current price of mid 2020.

Very delicious
One of the best noodles I’ve tasted so far. Great noodle texture, creamy and spicy. Yes, it’s spicy but I’ve good spice tolerance and loved the carbonara’s spice level. I’ll buy it again.

I'll give this 10/10 for spiciness
I love spicy foods, when I go to restaurants and they ask me to choose between level 1 to 10 for spiciness, I always ask for a 12. I've been buying this Samyang noodles occasionally for a while now, and this noodles really gets me sweaty. I can say this one is an 11. I love how spicy this noodles is. It is so good that it will get you sweating all over. But I will only give this a 4 star because the spiciness is overpowering the flavor. I could barely taste the flavor because of how the spices stings my tongue (in a good way). So, I have to cut a few vegetables, meat, and boiled egg and mix it with the noodles just to get more flavor. Samyang noodles also have a curry flavor, and in comparison, that one has more flavor than this one. But if you just want to blow off steam, then this spicy noodles should be right for you.

Nice and Spicy!
As a fan of spicy food, this ramen exceeded my expectations. The 2x spiciness delivers a fiery kick that leaves my taste buds dancing. The roasted chicken flavor adds depth, making each bowl a satisfying treat. The 15-pack is a great value for money, ensuring I have a spicy delight whenever the craving strikes. Warning: Not for the faint-hearted! If you love spicy noodles, this is a must-try.

Yummm! Made my nose run LOL but worth it
I read the reviews and thought they would be hotter, but they’re honestly not unbearable and they’re DELICIOUS! This is coming from someone who can barely handle spicy foods too. They burned my lips and I definitely felt the heat, but they were not inedible. I would take a bite, almost drink half a bottle of water, blow my nose, then go back for more! Didn’t hurt my stomach and the portion is a great size! I could eat half and then eat the other half later! Would definitely recommend

Not that spicy
So, here it is. It is hot, but also a little on the sweet side. It’s not nuclear. I think it’s less heat than Level 4 Hell Ramen (Chinese Tian Jing red chili, Szechuan chili bean sauce, Thai chili, Piquin chili, Ghost peppers and Scorpion pepper), and the heat doesn’t linger as much. I can feel a slight burn in my mouth after eating, but that’s it. So, verdict? It’s not as unbearable as some people make it out to be, but I wouldn’t recommend it to people who don’t eat spicy.

Flavor is ok and noodles are good
A slight step up from the everyday ramen packs you get from the grocery store but not close to what you get from a ramen restaurant.
