Very great with removing product from hair such as hair oil and aloe vera combo for male medium short length hair and rubbing into the scalp and roots. Usually, when I wash my hair it with a regular shampoo it makes my hair clump up and hair can even get tangled with shampoo, like drying out. But after using this product as instructed then rinsing out, I used my shampoo and my hair was genuinely smooth and easier to lather and hair did not tangle or pull. Also, putting on conditioner was easier to apply and I love this product!

Works well on dandruff buildup!

Does a great job for me and my scalp situation. Thing is tho, the quantity sux. The tubes are only 1/2 full.

Bought for my teen and it worked great for removing the tones of products that was causing her hair to flake. She has very sensitive skin and it didn’t bother her at all. I would recommend and purchase again.

If I could, I would give this Pre-Shampoo 10 stars! Hair and scalp feels super clean, shiny, healthy and strong. I am hard to impress but this product exceeded all my expectations - did I mention I have more hair too?

I have 2B hair, and so much of it that there are only a few places where I can see my scalp unless I pull my hair or go to a professional. It took me half the container just to get the bottom left and right sides of the product to reach the scalp, and I gave up the idea of parting my hair due to the quantity of my hair (I admit, lack of practice with parting my hair played a huge part in this decision). I'm lucky enough to have a shampoo that does what it claims to do and removed the buildup from other products as well as this product, otherwise I would've been in deep trouble according to other reviewers. DO NOT BUY THIS FROM AMAZON: So, I decided to attempt to return the product the next day. You will need to keep the original packaging, and Amazon mentioned that there might be a fee if the product is used. Since the original packaging was tossed due to bringing up my hopes a little too much, I just tossed the bottle in the trash.

This is essentially like a facial scrub with tiny exfoliants. It’s fine, but I’m doubtful it’s very effective. It’s very hard to work in at the scalp level on long hair. I was curious, and we’ll use this tube to the end, but I will not purchase again. Costly for limited capability. Buy a soft shampoo massage brush to work the shampoo product in better and skip this product.

Excellent! Used twice and my scalp was soooo clean. Waited a week and did a 3rd cleansing just to be sure. Very happy with this product/results. Read the instructions ... use BEFORE washing hair, wait then rinse, and then shampoo.

Item is perfectly fine but not sure of how much use or how effective it actually is. Unlikely to buy again, but not through any complaint with the product.
