Don’t hate the player, hate the game.
Lea & Perrins just got its lunch money taken. This is Worcestershire that went to Florida, hit the gym, and came back thicker, louder, and less interested in whispering. Vinegar snap, tomato-onion depth, a little brown-sugar warmth, anchovy umami, and a serrano hint that doesn’t start a fire so much as casually mention one. It coats instead of running off the steak like it’s late for a meeting. Splash it on a steak before the rub. Stir it into burgers. Hit a Bloody Mary until the Bloody Mary files for emancipation. This is not a polite dash-from-the-cupboard sauce. This is “America’s Worcestershire,” which is a bold claim until you taste it and realize they weren’t kidding.. Would buy again. The old thin brown bottle is now decorative. Amen.

A nice twist to casseroles and meats
This is thicker than the traditional Worcestershire sauce and gives a slight vinegar taste. Could be used as a tangy barbeque sauce and in recipes offers a slight dill, tangy flavor.
