Yes they make a screw on coupler. It is not included in this kit

What wire gauge Is the half inch conduit compatible?

I ran 14-2 w/grid through it easily. I did strip the outer sheath off the conductors, so just the two insulated (w&B) and the bare ground ran through it. I see no reason why 12-2 could also be run. Higher/larger gauge wires could also be run but i’m sure there is a code limitation for gauge/number of conductors per inner diameter of conduit.

How do you snake a wire if you are going to use 40 feet of it?

I would use a wire puller. Normaly you don't run 40 ft of Liquid Tight . You would use straight Conuit and use the Liquid Tight for the final connection.

Durability, quality materials, connectivity with joints, easy to cut the length you need, the conduit installation is clean and well-organized, giving it a professional appearance. I laid my roll out in the sun for a few hours to make it easy to work with. I did have a heck of a time feeding 12/3 romex through it which made me wish I got a larger size, but 12/2 went through with no problem.

Appears to be well made and of sufficient wall thickness to hold up very well outdoors. Fittings attached easily and securely. I subtract a star because it was quite the ordeal to straighten out the conduit. Had to douse in boiling water several times to remove the "coiled" memory.
