Not over sweet - but you can dilute it to the strength you want - I find it works brilliantly with Tonic Water.

The MONIN Lemon Rancho is a concentrate (less sugars), so the sugar content could be too low for what you would like to achieve. Try adding some additional sugar in it (unless you want the sour taste to dominate. Enjoy!
