Very happy with Solgar brand vitamins. The B2 is no different than other Solgar products, it has the top-notch quality I've come to expect. Easy to swallow and easy to open/close the bottle making it ideal for my hands (that can't handle too much "child proofing" type bottle caps. Great quality ingredients from a name-brand I've come to trust with my vitamin needs.

Started taking this at the recommendation of my neurologist for migraines. Definitely noticing a difference. Solgar is a brand I trust and so far everything is going well. :)

I take these for my migraines as instructed by my neurologist. These pills are small which is a plus, but require me to take 4 to get the 400 mg i need. I wish i can find a company that can offer me one pill at 400mg.

One other comment I will make is that you have to look carefully at the listings you get from your searches. Be careful to go through past just the first few items at the top of the list, which are often paid-for recommendations by vendors, and not necessarily the best quality or the cheapest (if that is important to you). The product I selected was, for me, a good value for my money.

Das Produkt ist gut. Jedoch muss man bei der Dosierung aufpassen, da B2 wie ein Hormon wirkt und bei Überdosierung evtl. nachteilig Auswirkungen haben kann. Ich nehme wegen einer Stoffwechselstörung über den Tag verteilt eine Kapsel, die ihre Wirkung tut. Das Mittel färbt wie Kurkuma, also beim Öffnen der Kapsel aufpassen. Flecken gehen aber wieder auszuwaschen.

Ich nehme 2 Stück am Tag, kombiniert mit Magnesiumcitrat. Nach 2-3 Wochen Einnahme gingen meine Migräneanfälle deutlich zurück. Nebenwirkungen konnte ich keine feststellen. Weiterer Vorteil: gegenüber dem für Migräniker empfohlenen Kombipräparat ist die Einnahme so deutlich günstiger.

I had symptoms of broad vitamin B deficiency. My GP did a blood test, my levels were apparently normal. I started taking a multivitamin as recommended by her. By this stage, I had problems with angular stomatitis, gingivitis and severe fatigue and they were very bothersome. The multivitamin didn't make a difference, even though it contained the 100% RDA of vitamin B2. Within a week of taking this Solgar B2 suppplement, my lips and gums healed and my energy levels were back to normal. I don't know if Solgar has a superior formula that has better absorption than other brands, but it did the trick whereas the multivitamin, which was a Boots brand, didn't make a difference. Riboflavin [B2] also helps to absorb all the other B vitamins. It is excreted by the body on a daily basis, so you do not have a store of this vitamin you can rely on, you need to consume enough every day to be healthy. My diet is definitely lacking in B2, so this supplement helps a lot.
