These molds worked perfectly. I melt the chocolate coating in double boiler then turn off the heat. Mix well with spoon. So that each piece is shiny each time, wipe each mold well out with dry paper towel after each use when you turn them out. Fill the mold less than to the edge for perfect, no ridges pieces. Tap on the counter to release all air bubbles before placing in freezer for perfect mints. Also, you use a dropper and place one drop of peppermint extract onto the coating after it's in the mold before placing in freezer. It dries nicely and tastes superb. Place each filled mold into freezer for a couple of minutes for the fastest, best looking, best tasting mints ever. The white diplomas and black hats were the perfect touch to the fabulous decor my friend and I made glorious for our daughters.

This is small but the dept is PERFECT. I love the depth it allows you to have definition and give the chocolate a real life like look. PERFECT!!! PERFECT!!!. I am all about mini and cute and this is it. It will not take too much work, time and my sight to have these completed and be detailed. You are able to use different colors and not worry about them mixing because of the depth. This is the best mini molds I have ever bought. I wish they had flowers numbers, thanksgiving, christmas, easter, and holloween molds. I would buy them all for the depts. This is great for mini mini cupcake toppers and will still go great on stardard and large cupcake. Even on a cake as decoration because of the the dept you will have great detail.

It is that time of the year again and graduation is just around the corner. My daughter-in-law is making specialty chocolate candies to serve at the graduation party. She is experimenting with red and white chocolates to match the school colors. They will match the school colors of the place where my grandson is graduating from and also of the university he will be attending. These molds are a cute way of serving a specialty chocolate piece that is unique and not just the average run of the mill store purchased candy. It is a cute idea and we are enjoying eating the test samples as much as we will the ones at the party. This is a great idea for a graduation side dessert dish. They also make a great garnish for iced cupcakes or a pan cake! I posted a photo for your information.

Used these with fondant for cupcake decorations. They probably work well for candy, but I prefer the flexible silicone molds for fondant. We used corn starch, but it was still very difficult to extricate the fondant from the mold.

This mold is nice & reliable. I was able to do several pieces for a graduation theme party. I used colored chocolate and the mold is sturdy. Very pleased with the product.

Loved the mold! My chocolate came out nice. It will take a couple of tries to get the right thickness that I want but I wouldn’t hesitate to buy more molds from CK Products!!!

These would be great for chocolates, but not for cream cheese mints. I should have bought a silicone based mold to make my cream cheese mints in. I tried everything from adding more sugar powder, rolling them in sugar, to freezing them, but in order to get them out you have to slam the plastic mold against the counter, and that caused one of the four molds I bought to crack. I hope people read reviews before purchasing and see this review to save them time and money. I can't rate this as a 1 because the description doesn't lead you to believe these are good for cream cheese mints, but some reviews made me think otherwise.
