Is the night phase of this light harmful to scorpions?

No way it just looks like night time no heat what so ever . I use these on all my frog terrieums and I have a lot of expensive poison darts and tree frogs I love these lights if you need heat use the heating pads . but watch these they get hot.

Does this have full spectrum uva uvb light?

It is not a UV light and does not give off heat. Its only a day/night light.

I have noticed that these lights fail after about a year. No replacement parts, do you have to purchase a whole new light.
